Hotel Du Golf Rotana

Très bon séjour à hôtel de golf. La chambre, le personnel, la nourriture, la piscine ... Quand on regarde de près, on voit qu'il serait temps de faire un petit rafraichissement - mais le contexte (covid surtout) explique cela. L'hôtel Palmeraie Palace a côté à une réception magnifique mais est en train d'être refaite et le bar et restaurants sont fermés.

Top hôtel, très grand ,3 piscines et personnel au top. J'ai eu droit à un surclassement sans rien demander. De la place pour tout le monde au restaurant, buffet incroyable ! Le personnel est très accueillant ce qui fait honneur au Maroc ! À refaire!

The Hotel is good and great location. Golfcourse in good shape and not very busy. The service was slow like everywhere else in Marrakesh. Nikki beach was closed which was a disappointment that the Hotel didn’t inform us in advance.

I'm giving a 3-star rating only because the food was excellent and the kitchen staff were outstanding. The food was consistently delicious and catered well to our tastes. We appreciated the variety, something new every day and most of the kitchen staff were friendly and approachable Deposit Confusion: On the first day, we paid the deposit for the swimming towels in euros, as we didn’t have any dirhams. However, we noticed that the remaining change was returned in dirhams, which wasn’t explained to us at the time. We even asked the staff member who conducted our briefing if we’d get the deposit back in euros, and she confirmed that we would. Nothing was mentioned about an exchange. The day before checkout, we had to argue with the staff to get our deposit returned in euros. They claimed we had already exchanged the money, which wasn’t true and this was never communicated to us. Eventually, after some back and forth, we did get the deposit back in euros, but the whole situation was frustrating and poorly handled. Room Issues: The bathroom drain was blocked, and it flooded every time we took a shower. We had to use towels to keep the water from spreading into the room. We reported it twice, but no one came to fix it. The fridge wasn’t working. The safe didn’t work either. The tea table was stained. The body shower gel bottle was empty on arrival and never refilled, despite daily room cleaning. Shuttle Bus Timing: I really wish the free shuttle bus had more convenient timings.

Le best of the best c'est le personnel Mention spéciale à Hiba qui est adorable et Samir très sympa et à l'écoute ainsi que toute la team du bar piscine et le café bar intérieur zest! Bravo à tous!

Amazing spa with indoor pool as a still chilly to brave even the heated outdoor pool. Golf club and facilities were great and shuttle bus to and from downtown great service which was needed as taxi charges are much to high even a 5 mins ride to supermarket was a scam. Room for improvements; vacuum room carpet required at least every couple of days and thorough cleaning in between guests like skirting boards, automatic air freasherner required in down stairs corridor as a bit smelly and a later return of shuttle bus in evening as 6.30 early. Overall we had a lovely time and wouid return again and recommend to friends

Fint hotel. Maden var dog kedelig og ensformet. Typisk buffet hotel på den dårlige måde. Værelserne er super fine og eksklusive. Hotellets udvendige arealer bærer dog præg af slitage med mange løse træbræder omkring pool området.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles , et je ne comprends pas sur quelle base on lui donne 5 étoiles , cette hôtel mérite 3,5 étoiles , système à l’ancienne début des années 2000 , chaque jour le ménage à 2:00 du matin à côté de la piscine qui est d’ailleurs très salle avec des insectes, des clients de l’hôtel bourré a 3:00 du matin , beaucoup de bruits sans aucune réaction de la part des responsables, les photos ce n’est que 5% de cette mauvaise expérience , du jamais vu

Great stay. Nice clean hotel. My single critique is personally do not like cats. They are generally very common in Morocco but I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast and a cat strolling in. Not much thought was taken when I raised this as staff they should accommodate all guests. The food was tasty it included lamb and chicken . We requested a quiet room and we were given one which was great. King size beds are large spacious and extremely comfy. We had the best sleep. I think the hotel can work on the lighting in the rooms as it’s not great. I would like to shout out Mustafah, Abdulla and all the bar staff they were absolutely fantastic!! So accommodating and friendly to see every night at the bar. Thanks all. Overall good stay.

We had a wonderful holiday and the hotel was fantastic. The only negative I can give was the Wifi wasn't great.

It was difficult if you don’t speak french , because all the staff doesn’t speak English and the service is very slow and it doesn’t feel like a 5 star it feels more like a 3 star resort, 150 pounds for a night its not worth if you a want a drink u need to order yourself on the bar, hardly any table service and they took 2 hours just to get ice ,when we ordered through room service.
