The web site stated that a shuttle was available to the airport, when I inquired I was told it was at 6 am , I had to pay an Uber to take me since my flight was at 6:30, the girl at the front desk didn't tell me this when I checked in the night before. No face towels, or hair dryer available, no coffee perculator . Room is way below Marriott standards, doors need to be replaced.

No habia TRANSPORTACION del aeropuerto al hotel tal como lo anuncian en Expedia. Al siguiente dia de nuestra llegada encontramos nuestra habitacion #101 abierta y sin haber hecho la limpieza ni las camas, no habia toallas limpias y yo tuve que pedir sabanas a la 1:30 am a la recepcion para hacer la cama yo mismo.

El traslado solo es del hotel al aeropuerto!

Un hotel en muy malas condiciones, puertas maltratadas, muy pequeño, camas individuales, elevador para apenas 3 personas. No volveré a reservar aquí.

Muy mal. Anuncian que cuentan con servicio de transporte al aeropuerto-hotel-Apto. no cuentan con dicho servicio. Basicamente eso es publicidad engañosa o fraude

El servicio por parte del personal fue excelente, aunque había varias deficiencias como el teléfono del cuarto que no funcionaba, o al abrir la llave del agua en el lavamanos, rebotaba de manera exagerada y te empapaba; se tenía que calcular muy minuciosamente para que no diera ese resultado. Los elevadores no siempre funcionaban a la primera, ni la puerta. Fuera de eso, el cuarto era cómodo. La atención del personal realmente fue muy buena.

Travelers, be aware that the airport shuttle does not run until after 6:30 a.m. After I complained to the staff, they were kind enough to book me a free taxi to the airport. The information on Expedia does not mention that the shuttle starts after 6:30 a.m.

Una de las razones por las que reserve era el servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y hotel aeropuerto, lo cual al confirmar la reserva en el hotel indican que en fin de semana no tienen el servicio y esta limitado a cierto horario, y no me solucionaron ni dieron alternativas, deben ser mas claros en su descripcion del servicio, quede decepcionado de volver a reservar con este hotel.

The information online indicates they have shuttle service. However, they do not specify is very límited on their time schedule and does not offer shuttle service upon arrival from the airport to the hotel. Rather is only available from the hotel to the airport and only at certain time frame. Upon arrival of our flight we weren’t able to receive shuttle service and instead paid an Uber to take us to the hotel.

Publican que hay DISPONIBLE transporte al aeropuerto, pero es una publicación engañosa , porque dicho transporte se cobra y aún precio muy elevado en comparación a un servicio de transporte de app NO ESPECIFICAN QUE EL TRANSPORTE AL AEROPUERTO ES CON COBRO. Y TODOS LOS PRECIOS DEBEN DE ESTAR A LA VISTA DEL CONSUMIDOR... OSEA TODOS

La alfombra de la habitación se encontraba muy sucia, la cortina del baño esta rota, existen nulas opciones de alimentación a los alrededores y escasos medios de transporte

The bathroom smelled like sewage. Rooms are way too small. If you’re passing the night, I guess it’s doable, but for an actual stay of more than a day - don’t do it!

Inexpensive, but clean. Comfy bed with decent linens. All in all, exactly what I wanted and expected!

Todo me gusto las calles alrededor si están muy oscuras pero hay caminos alternos la estancia estuvo muy bien el dasayuno todo el único inconveniente fue con la tarjeta llave q fallaba mucho al subir el elevador y al abrir el cuarto

Habitación limpia cama cómoda, pero le falta algo que la mayoría de hoteles tienen y es que haya un jabón, shampoo , o una botella de agua de cortesía

El hotel siempre olia a humedad, se sentia que olia a viejo todo, toda la semana que me hospere nunca hubo intenet y solo decian que ya lo habia reportado y que estaba en restauracion Para mi no era una respuesta logica

The room was too small. I reserved a Queen bed but the room had a fullsize bed. The webpage says the hotel provides transportation from and to the airport but it does not say the service hours, so I ended utlizi g the services of a taxi cab to get there.

Getting to the hotel was very crazy. I expected to see the name "Marriott" but it was in such small lettering that I missed it. I guess I should have been looking for "City Express" instead of Marriott. The staff was great, very friendly. The rooms are super small. Expect the beds to be small, yes there are two but they are twin size. It was clean enough, the rooms are just not up to the Marriott standard. The hotel is on the side of a very busy street and getting to it is difficult. I got lost in the process of getting there and one has to go a long way to turn around. Even when I was on the street leading to the hotel, I missed it and had to back up to the hotel entrance. There is nothing else around. No restaurants, no stores. We were able to order room service for food. I would not stay here again.

Horrible me negaron mis habitaciones y no me reembolsaron lo que ya había pagado por ellas

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel overbooked rooms, even though we had a reservation. It was a terrible experience. We had to fight tooth and nail for a room that’s bathroom didn’t work. After hours and hours of waiting did they have that room available. We couldn’t even get a refund because they overbooked. Never staying at this hotel ever again.

I check in between 9:30pm& 10pm as soon I get my room the only thing I need is to rest because i got a flight at 6am so I was sleeping when I heard that some one was trying to open the door that wakes me up and I lay my body in to the door cuz the person open the door but also the door was locked by inside with the chain lock then I decided to open the door and see what’s going on and there was a man saying that he was told to go and check the room that was very weird to me cuz that never happens to me before at any hotel after that situation I couldn’t sleep any moré. besides that now I’m worry as they also took a copy of my passport I know international stays at hotels they do that but at this location makes me think a lot.

Had reserved a few months in advance, (2 rooms) I had tried to call hotel to confirm my reservation a few days before (no one ever answered phone.) when we arrived they only found one reservation. I showed them my receipt from Expedia but that wasn’t enough. We had just flown in, so it was a little frustrating that my other family member couldn’t get her room. We left to eat (while manager looked for an email verifying my reservation. We came back in the evening (in between all of this , called Expedia, they were going to move us to another hotel, they also tried to reach hotel.) Finally thanks to the evening staff, they found the paperwork and we were given the other room. I wanted to thank them when we checked out, but it seems they thought I was going to say something different. I was glad it worked out. The manager never came out to apologize for the inconvenience. All of the other staff was very nice. There is a lot of construction going on right now, so getting in and out is a little challenge. Once the highway is fixed it will be nice. Would I give it another try? Yes, everyone deserves a second chance. Everything else was fine except the snag checking in.

Justo están arreglando las calles alrededor y hay más ruido, más carro y tráfico por la zona. Tomen sus precauciones. Fuera de allí el hotel 10 de 10. Me encantó

Ubicación por la periferia pocas opciones de transporte y alejado de las zonas turísticas

Difícil acceso

Es adecuada si únicamente quieres dormir ya que no hay prácticamente ningún negocio cercano pues está en el libramiento

Muy buen lugar para estar de paso la verdad lo Recomiendo si tu estancia es esperar un vuelo siguiente día es perfecto y el desayuno que ofrecen es muy completo la verda me gustó mucho la fruta chilaquiles y café jugo

Estaba lleno por lo tanto el desayuno lo tomamos parados, y se acabó , tardaron en resurtir y apenas eran las 8.45 am

En las condiciones de reserva , viene ida y vuelta para el aeropuerto..!!! ..fue un problema p q NO querían respetar el servicio ..primero para q me recibieran del aeropuerto tuve una conferencia de más de 1 hr con el gerente para q lo autoricen..y el regreso fue casi igual con la gente de recepción…ya q tenía q estar a las 5:30am y decían q a partir de la 6:00 ..en fin. El area de restaurante muy reducido en espacio y SUCIO. No puede ser q un hotel tenga este tipo de servicios. Aaaaa se me olvidaba el area de internet tienen solo UNA COMPUTADORA Y TODA DESTARTALADA , ademas ponen el carrito de limpieza de cuartos en esa zona. Definitivamente yo no regreso …!!

La habitación tenía olor a drenaje muy fuerte, te colocan solo un shampoo y somos una pareja. La recepcionista del check in riéndose, no sabe uno si se reía de nosotros que falta de respeto. Anuncian servicio a la habitación y en el numero proporcionado no responden.

El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde y falta mas aguas naturales en la habitación. En general bien.

En general bien, la habitación es muy pequeña pero esta bien, el baño funcionó bien, el aire acondicionado funcionó bien, la TV tambien, el escritorio pequeño pero servia bien, el internet funcionó. El desayuno tiene poca variedad pero puedes comer todo lo que quieras. Cafe hay todo el día. El estacionamiento es amplio, no techado.
