amazing place with friendly staff, the only problem is the Lift, specially with heavy luggage.

Decent hotel for a Salzburg stopover - especially if you have a car to park. The room was spacious and clean - although the shower and sink could really use a deep clean. One towel was also missing which was slightly annoying. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a really helpful, friendly waitress. Decent coffee, bread, cold buffet and excellent scrambled eggs. The only thing missing was some fresh fruit e.g. berries. Bus 21 into town goes from right outside the hotel. Tickets must be bought in advance from an app. But it's a good service and runs frequently. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would return.
