Amazing property, very clean and beautiful villas, but the staff there were not friendly or had smiles on their faces, majority of them all seem like they hated their jobs and on their starting with check in, the young lady who checked me in was nice but another worker named jey/Jay butted in as the other worker was checking me in and looked at her computer and " said staying for so and so many nights " like it was unheard of before for a family to stay for awhile, and I never got my welcome text as I was told I would but that's fine, the guy named Corey when I was checking out was very rude and came off as upset that I was checking out and ( interrupting his time watching YouTube on his phone ) I saw it on his phone as I came over to the front desk to check out, didn't even say anything after I said thank you, have a great rest of your day, he just looked at me with disgust on his face. Wowww for a beautiful place, the staff was horrible, I travel all the time and never felt so unwelcome before. The guy by the pool was nice and the house keepers were nice as well. But the front desk staff very rude and unwelcoming

We rented the two bedroom Villa plenty of space for the family. Our only complaint would be in the master bedroom our air conditioner/heater vent was either blocked or something else was wrong. Our bedroom never really got down below 78 which for many people that would be ok but for my wife it was not that comfortable and I had to listen to complain at night.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the availability of supplies and amenities. Some items were limited or needed to be requested, so keeping rooms better stocked would enhance the guest experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and great service.

This facility is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is very helpful in assisting you in finding your room, as the grounds have many buildings. We came from LA, and as soon as we got our room, we got a burger from the main pool area. That burger was well-cooked and nicely presented. We had a 1-bedroom villa with a golf course/lake view. Magnificent! We will definitely keep coming back.
