Cute place with beautiful grounds. Nice pool. The restaurant on the property was really good. Fairly safe area. I walked to the laundry mat and a shopping center without issue. No elevator. I had to walk up to third floor with so much luggage. Small to average size room with A/C, but old, 2-prong outlets. The walls and windows are thin. While I love nature and animals, the grackles were unbearably loud before 5am. I could barely sleep. Also, I heard my neighbors pretty well. Small bathroom and our showerhead was so old that it barely worked.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. D'ont go there for the pool. They have a nice pool but poorly maintained. The filtration system was at off.

No solo me gusto las instalaciónes y la alberca su restaurante tiene platillos del lugar y es muy rico comer alli. Sin dudarlo volveremos!

Excelente opcion para hospedarte, a espaldas un centro comercial. Unnpoco retirado del centro de Valladolid (20 min a pie) pero sin duda una gran opcion. El restaurante buena comida tipica de Yucatan.

Endroit très agréable, vaste et dépaysant. Le personnel est tres gentil. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas entretenu correctement, mis cela n'empêche pas de se baigner. Le pommeau de douche avait des jets complètement aléatoire! Hotel que nous recommodons pour son rapport qualité prix

Very nice garden, friendly staff, museum of antique cars, shopping mall just round the corner. Ice cream and Chinese food in the mall are good. Laundry service just round the corner of the mall. Walking to the town is about 10-15 minutes. Taxi 40 pesos.

Todo en orden limpio y tranquilo, la atención muy amable, yo vocería a quedarme otra vez en este hotel

Was very dark outside when I arrived. No lights. Had to use a flashlight to unload my car. Room was dirty so I had to switch but then that new room didn't have soap or a functioning ac remote but the host was kind and rectified it. The room was good but unfortunately they allow smoking in the public areas so it smelled outside. Ruined the whole vibe. Also, no hot water in the shower.

En las fotos se ve muy bien pero en realidad es un hotel deteriorado, le falta mantenimiento a los baños son muy viejos, sucios y muy sencillas las habitaciones. Solo estuvimos una noche y ni para regresar

We've been guest of hacienda Sanchez many times over the last 15 years. Who is nice to see the improvement of animals statues added to a garden made it feel more like a true hacienda. However the food on Sunday evening in the restaurant was not edible. The staff did kindly cancel the order. Also they have implemented strange charges you now pay 30 pesos for a small container of ice where you can get a 7 lb bag of ice for less than that a block away at a major grocery store. Also the room was not as clean as in the past it was one of the cabanas not the hotel rooms so I'm hoping as I alerted management these things will be addressed. I hope to return to the hotel in the future

While this property has a certain charm to it from the outside, don't let this fool you. This place has decayed in the last few years since our last stay. We had stayed here twice before and decided to come back. Big mistake! Some parts/areas look like they could use some painting. To start off, there was no hot water. When I complained to the front staff they promised they would turn the "boilers" on. Apparently this either took way to long to heat the water or was never done, since all three of us traveling had to take cold showers. Second, the shower ceiling was falling apart and filled with mildew. I stayed in room 212. The A/C unit also struggled to cool the room off, even at the lowest setting available. Third, the bed sheets and towels were hard and coarse. The bed sheets were also so thin and worn out that you could see the mattress right through them. The room also had a musty smell of old. On a positive note, they do have solar panels and the restaurant had Ok food (not great, just Ok). By 7 PM, they had none of the dishes featuring chicken. The portions were of a decent size and they were flavorful. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. There are other hotels next to the Cathedral/central square which are 10 times better and cost only about $10 more per night. Skip this place and for about $10 more, indulge in a much better place around the Cathedral.

Rented the villa 2 rooms. Was perfect for our stay. It rained, so it was humid.

Propiedad bastante grande con una temática muy curiosa, la habitación era espaciosa. Check in bueno, no recuerdo nombre de las personas que nos atendieron pero muy amables.

Très joli jardin, un peu proche de la route. Jolie piscine. Chambres propres et climatisées Dommage pour le bruit causé par d'autres clients la nuit le weekend.

Molto pittoresco e curato il giardino. Le camere sono un po' vecchie ma non male. Da migliorare il wifi.

Por el precio las habitaciones muy austeras, la tv de entrada tardo 10 minutis para agarrar el volumen esto sin contar q son de las de los 90s el control de la tv muchas fallas tenia q levantarme a cambiar a los botones, el baño con humedad, los colchones muy incomodos muchas bolas de verdad deberian de invertirle un poco para el descansar del huesped y mas al catalogarse como un hotel 4 estrellas, su restaurant todo lo contrario, comida muy rica

Habitación con lo necesario bastante económico y en muy buena ubicación, el personal atento

La villa para 5 personas está cómoda, sin embargo, en Facebook me comentaron que la habitación tenía 2 baños, pero solo contábamos con 1, el jacuzzi no funcionaba, uno de los aires no enfriaba bien, la señal de las teles no es buena (no son smartv). Cómo puntos a mejorar: * Una escalera más segura para la alberca * Cambiar las tvs a smartv * Mejorar el servicio de los meseros jóvenes, estar más atentos a las mesas y mejor actitud de servicio En este último, tuvimos una situación en los últimos días de nuestra estancia, el chico no tenía conocimiento de con que producto contaba y con cual no, nos estuvo cambiando la comanda 3 veces pese a que según anotó nuestro pedido, las cervezas que pedimos a la habitación 6 de 12 nos las entregaron abiertas, los platos considero pueden tener un estimado para recogerlos en la habitación o bien, tener el pendiente y comunicarse después con el huésped para confirmar. Conocimos a una señora muy amable, no recuerdo su nombre, pero apreciamos mucho de su servicio, lástima no pudimos despedirnos de ella. Agradecemos las atenciones de las chicas de recepción y limpieza. Esperamos poder visitarles nuevamente en las siguientes vacaciones:)

This is a nice property with small bungalows as well as hotel rooms. It's back to back with a shopping mall with a grocery store and coffee shop. The staff are also very honest. I left my wallet in the restaurant one evening and the next morning, as I walked out of my bungalow to see if it was there, the manager came running with it before I got 20 feet from the door.

Agradable lugar muy atentos. Te dan desayuno. Incluido. Nos gusto mucho.

Expedia me dijo que el check out es a las 13 hrs pero llegas al hotel y te dicen que es a las 12 hrs, el personal no usa gafete y carecen de atencion al cliente, hasta que te acercas y les preguntas algo es cuando levantan la mirada, pregunte por late check out y me dijeron que era de 100 pesos por hora extra,al día siguiente baje a pagar late check out y me subieron el precio a 150 pesos por hora, el chico Joao se preocupa más por revisar su inventario en la libreta que en atender al huésped, la habitación tenía fuga en el baño, la taza del wc con sarro y el aire acondicionado no servia, muy bonita fachada pero les falta muuucho para ser un buen hotel

Nos recibieron pésimo, pues nos dieron una habitación con una televisión cuadrada que no servía, Hasta que les dijimos nos cambiaron a una al lado con televisión que funcionaba

Buena ubicación y muy bonito

Es un hotel muy básico pero limpio. Personal amable. Áreas comunes espaciosas y muy agradables. Está a la entrada de la ciudad x lo que necesitas auto o taxi para las principales atracciones pero aún así las distancias son cortas. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Mejoraría las almohadas. Hotel con bastante variedad, buenos precios y Cuenta con cervezas artesanales

El hotel está bien ubicado en el Centro de la Ciudad de Valladolid. Lo utilizamos para ir al Cenote que está a 5 cuadras y tambien para ir a Chichén Itzá que está como a 40 min. en vehículo. Es un hotel sencillo y tiene lo básico. Algo complicado es que tiene 3 niveles y nos tocó subir las maletas por gradas hasta el último piso y no había quien ayudara. El desayuno estuvo decente. Recibimos lo que pagamos; precio justo.

Un lugar muy colonial, si van de paso y tienen vehículo es una buena opción. A la vuelta hay una plaza pero las amenidades podrían mejorar.

El hotel esta muy agradable bonito a la vista y el personal muy atento La habitacion estaba confortable y limpia en la regadera habia un abundante flujo de agua tanto caliente como fría. El restaurante esta nuy bien pues los alimentos bien sazonados y bien servidos con precios accesibles igual que el hospedaje

Es un lugar para pasar solo la noche, rente una "cabalista" y está tenía muy poca luz, no ponen fotos del baño porque están algo incómodos, reporte fuga de agua en el y no lo repararon en toda mi estancia, las televisiones de los cuartos ya no se ven bien, ese día por desgracia me tocó mucho viento que hasta en la alberca callo una silla que nunca sacaron y por desgracia ya no usamos la alberca, se callejón macetas y mucha basura de los árboles y nunca lo limpiaron, el restaurante está muy caro para lo que ofrecen, aunque es muy bonito pero le falta mucho mantenimiento.
