Riad Marrakiss

El recepcionista solo hablaba frances y no hacia el minimo intento de entemder lo que necesitaba. Una señora muy grosera que solo levantaba los hombros como respuesta. Nunca estuvo disponible el Internet en toda mi estancia. El agua caliente de la regadera se terminaba de inmediato. El riad es demasiado frio. No es lo mas recomendable en invierno.

Muy limpio y bonito, pero desayuno escaso y todos los días lo mismo. La atención regular, desinteresado. No está mal pero para lo que pagamos no es lo que esperabamos

Good price, clean, well located. Breakfast includes 2 pastries, some pieces of french baguette, arab bread, some spreadable cheese (la vache qui rit) and tea.

The tiny old room No amenities No tea coffee sugar creamer nothing No water kettle hair dryer or iron No telephone No WiFi No water No service Only high rate and additional hidden charges We both had to buy internet 31$ each as no internet which was promised and said it will be back in max 2 hours Breakfast was never taken as the service looks pathetic Tourist charges are 30 MAD per person every day was never told or informed us until the last day of stay Contacted Expedia but they offered $25 one key credit which is funny We left the room early to leave as it was nothing just a box with no service Expedia asked 72hours to get back to us where everything was already explained and they could check when we were still in the hotel We paid altogether £115 and the additional tax plus $62 dollars for internet I hope to get the compensation asap

The room is very traditional, as is the riad. The bathroom was good, with an excellent hot shower. I only had breakfast one day, it was simple but delicious, specially the orange juice. The location is what really makes it stand out, I’m a woman traveling solo, so safety is really important for me, so I didn’t want to be in an alley far into the maze. This riad is in a route full of people and commerce, so it was always busy (but never loud) and it made my experience be great and safe. I would stay there again and recommend it.
