Rooms in annexe adjacent to pub which was good with adequate parking and lots of lical eaters and pubs around. Garge across road was handy also. Rooms are basic but very comfortable all you need. Did not eat at pub so cannot comment on food but .did have drink there. Brewers up road aldo serve food. Nice sray.

Lovely spacious room very clean seperate from the pub in an annexe .nice deep hot bath. Parking right outside. Very friendly staff and customers. Delicious food served at the bar. There is an Indian restaurant onsite also which is open till 10.30pm Two pool tables in the pub. A very reasonable priced room would definatly stay again.

Very friendly staff. Made to feel welcome. Accommodation is behind the pub and we were free to come and go as we pleased. After a long journey, the curry restaurant upstairs was just what we wanted and still open despite a fairly late arrival.

Accommodation was okay bed was clean but the bathroom was extremely dirty bleach works wonders but not in this case very disappointing didnt dare shower on 2nd day went home for a clean one. Staff and food in the pub was great but will not stay over ever again. I would post the photos of the disgusting bathroom but not able to.

Disappointing. Room was standard. Shower head was disgusting although when we told the staff it was cleaned immediately unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was ready to get in it then had to get dressed again and wait for it to be cleaned. TV was tiny. Lamp didn’t work. Location was good for a night out for drinks in snaith

The communal area was very dirty and the room was not much better either. It smelt very musty as did the bedding and towels. Although the building looks to have been built in the last 20 years, there is very little sound deadening and you can hear literally everything in the adjoining rooms (not great if you get a snorer as a neighbour!) The only positives I could find was the Indian restaurant above the pub which was amazing, and the village itself seemed nice!

This is a lovely place and the staff are wonderful. Room was great, and I would have given an extra star however; the bathroom shower was awful. The grime and build up of mould and dirt was caked on the shower head and all around the seals. A spatula would have removed significant amounts of dirt cake. This should not have been allowed to build up, which would have taken months of neglect. I don't wish to offend, but this was a big problem which made me not want to shower, so I had a squaddie wash instead, at 5 in the morning before work, this is not great.

Friendly and helpful staff, assistant manager very helpful, quickly sorted out a minor problem in the bathroom for us. Bed was a bit lumpy but we did sleep well. The meals in the dining area are excellent, great choice, great quality and generous portions! Good parking facilities and easy to book in.

Good price and easy to access. However, the window wouldn't open (a plug in fan would suffice), the taps wouldn't turn off (new washers?), the beds were soft and squeeky (need replacing) and the plastic soap dispenser was so old it fell off the wall to reveal mould underneath. That said, we had fabulous pizza at the nearby Plough Inn!

Check in was up until 10pm I tried calling prior to this as we was looking at getting there just before 10 and as we arrived at 9:50 there was no staff in sight no one was answering the phones to help us with checking in

The staff were super helpful and polite, the food was to die for management couldn't do enough for us, so welcoming we will be definitely going back again, highly recommended to everyone, thank you for looking after us

Loved the Indian restaurant within the pub, food was so flavourful best curry I’ve tasted, the rooms are in a separate building just off the back, so don’t worry about your room being tainted by curry odours. Pub does food as well which looked good, would definitely recommend

Loved the Indian restaurant within the pub, food was so flavourful best curry I’ve tasted, the rooms are in a separate building just off the back, so don’t worry about your room being tainted by curry odours. Pub does food as well which looked good, would definitely recommend

Lovely spacious room very clean seperate from the pub in an annexe .nice deep hot bath. Parking right outside. Very friendly staff and customers. Delicious food served at the bar. There is an Indian restaurant onsite also which is open till 10.30pm Two pool tables in the pub. A very reasonable priced room would definatly stay again.

Great value, clean and tidy room and wonderful staff. Pub serves quality food and decent drinks and good prices. Nice Indian upstairs also.

Easy to check in via the pub and the room was very clean and quiet. There was a kettle and tea/coffee provided as well as a small fridge and the shower was good. There are plenty of places to eat in the village as well as the pub and parking was off street as well

Ideal location, great Indian above the downe, downe also provide great food plus a excellent Sunday roast . Clean and well equipped rooms , staff very efficient.

Aside the broken glass in the carpark, it was a quiet stayover. The glass was car window glass leaving us worried about security. Perhaps a security gate is needed.
