The Apartment looks pretty good, the beds are comfortable and it's well located. The only issue is that if you are coming on car the public parking is pretty impossible to get. There is not many spots and the ones few are took from the locals. One guy was threatening me for one spot. If you are coming in car this place is not for you unless you wanna pay extra for the parking (keep that in mind) besides that the place and staying were stunning. Thank you for let us enjoy our vacation in your place.

The first night (Wednesday) the music was loud enough I think all of Kotor could hear and ended at midnight. Thankfully, the second night the volume was much lower and ended at 10pm. We were in apartments 1 and 4 which did not face the wine bar so that helped a bit. Also, the washer is not in the apartment but shared and on the second floor.

Nydelig leilighet og super vert! Booket båttur gjennom han og vi var veldig fornøyde. Parkeringen som er «inkludert» er gratus steder i gatene utenfor gamlebyen, noe som er umulig i høysesong å finne. Betalte oss inn på parkeringsplass. Mye bråk fra bar om natten, men de stenger heldigvis kl 01.

The host, I forgot the gentlemans name, was polite and welcoming. Apologetic as many people came at once but thats understanding, he cant control that. Showed the suite which was clean. Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful. The only downside which is not a reflection of the owner was parking. I came at the tail end of tourist season and they (the whole country) jack up all costs 300% or more, shame on them, so public parking which is usually €0.80/hr becomes €3.20/hr. Find free parking if you can (come before 8 am or after 8 pm). Would stay here again!

If I could give this 0 out of 5 stars I would, but unfortunately that is not an option. This was by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve had in years First of all, if you have a car and you’re looking to park onsite, there is no onsite parking not even for the €20 fee stated in the Expedia description. This became the pain-point of this entire experience. The host of this property was incredibly rude and should not be allowed to host on this platform if he continues treating customers the way I was treated. My conversation with him over whatsapp degenerated into him calling me names and hurling expletives at me all simply because I dared to ask for the parking in the description which is what I paid for. All of this happened the night before my stay, so quite understandably, I didn't feel comfortable staying there, so I didn't. I cannot speak to the on-site experience here, but having such a poor experience before arrival probably wouldn't have been positive experience

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. The listing mentions that parking is included but its in hopes of 12 free spots next to a bakery. I stead we had to park in a lot at .83 euro an hour. Otherwise this apartment was everything you would want within the old town of Kotor. Would recommend this apartment to any traveler, just expect to pay for parking.

Bahsedilen ücretsiz park alanı kotor'un genel var olan 10-15 araçlık alanıymış ki zaten yer bulmak imkansız.

Otelin konum itibariyle Old Town da olması konaklamanın mistik bir hal almasına neden oluyor.Oda konforu ,temizliği,güzeldi.Otel sahibi ve otel bilgilendirme de ucretsiz otopark var denilmesine rağmen sadece yolnüzerindeki 4 ,5 araçlık genel Old Town a ait otoparklar disinda malesef free otopark yok.Mevcut otopark alternatifleri ise 1 h 2€ ile bir shooping center ile meydandaki 1h 0,8 € otopark.Uzun süreli araç bırakıldığında maliyeti fazla oluyor.

We never actually met our host Drazen in person, but nonetheless he was friendly, very helpful and gave clear instructions and advice. The apartment itself is lovely, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was inexpensive and spacious, with a very central location that made it easy to explore Kotor on foot. The only issue would be that it's not the easiest to find, and as it's in the old town there are quite a few stairs and no lift. It can sometimes be noisy in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped to a high standard. Owner was very helpful and obliging and was contactable at all times . We stayed last year also . We will certainly use accommodation in the future

Merkezde old town içinde. Okul otoparkı en mantıklısı saati 0,8 cent. Ücretsiz park yeri yok aramayın 60€ ceza yersiniz Yorganların kılıfsız olmaması gerekiyor. Bir çarşaf üstüne yorganı sarıyorsunuz. Kılıf değil. Bunu hijjenik bulmadım. Ama güzel yer kotor. Ev de iyiydi genel olarak.

We loved this little apartment. It was charming, clean and welcoming. It has a separate kitchen diner with plenty of room to have drinks and breakfast. Good wifi. Fantastic view from the bathroom! Excellent price too. I would use them again.

Great stay in the middle of the old town. Lovely to listen to the rain on the roof from our attic room. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Host was lovely and there to meet us on arrival. Really good value in a pricey little town.

Close to everything! Drelen was very helpful, attentive and personable. We enjoyed our stay in Kotor. The room was spacious and spotless. Love the neighborhood cats.

Nice clean stay, shopping at the door step. There is no free parking which is listed that there is, we had to pay for parking for the 2 night's we stayed. Shopping all around, great location. Dont have all kitchen utencils to cook with. Very poor wifi

Place was nice. Only complain is that the wifi is not functioning which was very inconvinient because i had some video meeting. Otherwise the place is as advertised.

Our room was spacious, clean, good location.

The building is located in the heart of old town which is a plus. My apartment was in the attic which was okay, but I would have preferred not to. There are other apartments not in the attic and they seemed much better. The reasons I gave it a 4 rating for comfort and not a 5 is because the bed base is an old fashioned decor and it squicks when you sit in it. Also, a microwave would had been great, and the wifi was poor. I would stay at this apartahotel but not in the attic apartment. Location could have not been better.

Right in the heart of the Kotor Walls (inside!) this place was a surprise. Unbelievably beautiful and modern designed accommodations within walking distance to all the main areas/bay happenings. Couldn't ask for anything more, and the price is right.

I am writing this to offer a serious counter-perspective to the positive reviews here. While the location in the Old Town is central, do not assume this guarantees a professional or comfortable experience. Our stay was defined by unprovoked aggression from the host and a lack of basic utilities. 1. Unacceptable Host Conduct: The property’s reputation relies on 'host helpfulness,' but our experience was the opposite. Upon arrival, we encountered a jammed main door—a significant access and safety concern. When I called the host ('D') to resolve this, instead of assistance, I was yelled at and berated over the phone. Being shouted at by a proprietor while stranded at check-in is professionally inexcusable. It set a distressing tone for the entire trip. 2. Micromanagement of Utilities: Do not expect a comfortable long shower here. Hot water availability was severely limited. What makes this worse is the host’s controlling attitude toward the amenities; we were explicitly instructed not to touch the water heating geyser and forced to leave it on 'Eco mode.' You are effectively paying for a cold shower so the host can save a few cents on electricity. 3. Non-Functional WiFi: If you need to work, check emails, or plan your itinerary, look elsewhere. The WiFi signal was dismal and practically unusable throughout our stay. In 2025, reliable internet is a basic requirement, not a luxury. The issue was thick stone walls but surely there are WiFi boosters out there ?

Place was really nice and cozy. Owner met with us before checking in, gave us instructions and even advices on how to touf around kotor which is a very big help. Will definetely recommend him to all my friends. Thank you so much

I had a problem with my phone, but Drazen and I worked it out. He was very attentive to our needs. He was a great host. Excellent.

I had a great stay at this hotel — it was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The owner was super communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything easy. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the old town and walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

This was a great property in the heart of Old Town. It was extremely well kept and the communication with our host was exceptional. They were also very accommodating when we arrived early! I would highly recommend.

This is great place to stay in Kotor, very walkable, and I would stay here again.

Unfortunately there is a wine bar at the bottom of the steps and they had set up at DJ booth outside and blasted music until someone went and screamed at them just before midnight. We had to leave early for a big drive the next day and if we had known about the noise we would have not stayed there. But it is beautiful.

Lovely apartment located within the old city of Kotor. It was clean and spacious, with adequate kitchen. The only negative is that it is above a pub which plays loud music until late but with window shut it did not disturb us. The owner was very easygoing, he let us check in early and organised speedboat trip for us.
