Really helpful staff. The local taxis were very unreliable so staff helped massively with getting us around the area.

The bungalow is unique and you can have a great sleep listening to birds and frogs chirping away from the busy city center. Very tranquil and relaxing vibe. The water heater was luke warm and you couldnt have a hot shower feeling cold most of the time coming out. The wifi was intermittent, losing connection quite often. The location is also further away from city center than I thought, if you don’t take the free shuttle offered by hotel be prepared to pay 100k kip for a round trip to city center. The service and breakfast was normal. But overall the amenities in the bungalow was old and dated. For the price i just didnt think the value was reflected.

Breakfast fresh every morning with great choices, served on your balcony overlooking river. All staff very friendly, went beyond expectations, from our welcome, booking tuc tucs and helping us book a private transfer when the provided transport never turned up. What a fantastic place. Highly recommended.

The service is superb. The entire staff is friendly and super helpful. For example, even though our flight arrived late and after the kitchen closed, they still brought us some food. And who can complain about having breakfast on your deck overlooking the river. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are basic (e.g. only cold water in the sink) but completely functional. We highly recommend this place.
