Really helpful staff. The local taxis were very unreliable so staff helped massively with getting us around the area.

Als erste muss ich mal den Gärtner hervorheben. So eine Oase in Schuss zu halten. Unser voller Respekt. Ebenso das Personal, egal in welcher Position. Immer absolut zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Essen kann man überall im Thongbay. Auf der Terrasse, mitten im Garten oder im Restaurant. Die Preise sind sehr gut und in keiner Weise überteuert. Es gibt einen Safe an der Rezeption und auch TukTuk, Roller oder Bahnkarten können hier gebucht werden. Toll ist auch der x-fache kostenlose Shuttle in die Stadt und wieder zurück. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flußblick. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer und der Balkon ist komplett vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt. Kommt hierher und es fehlt Euch an nichts. Wir werden es tun.

The bungalow is unique and you can have a great sleep listening to birds and frogs chirping away from the busy city center. Very tranquil and relaxing vibe. The water heater was luke warm and you couldnt have a hot shower feeling cold most of the time coming out. The wifi was intermittent, losing connection quite often. The location is also further away from city center than I thought, if you don’t take the free shuttle offered by hotel be prepared to pay 100k kip for a round trip to city center. The service and breakfast was normal. But overall the amenities in the bungalow was old and dated. For the price i just didnt think the value was reflected.
