Cape Escape - Springtime Golfing & Walk to The Bay!

What a great location and nice home. Perfect for our family to get together and celebrate after our son’s wedding. Clean, bright and pleasant hosts. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you.

We stayed here because it was down the street from a family reunion. Great little retreat for a family of 4.

Isabeau and Sean were wonderful to work with, communication was great, and Sean was very helpful on-site when we needed help getting set up. The house has some nice updates and decor, but we felt it could’ve used some more thorough cleaning and upkeep. Some extra attention to cleaning, replacing the torn outdoor furniture, new linens, and some minor updates would make a big difference. Also worth noting (as the description states) there is no central air, so it took some effort to regulate the temperature throughout, especially on Day 1 when the units were first turned on. The house is in a nice location, very quiet and a nice setting, and again Isabeau and Sean were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with; we just had higher expectations for the house itself, especially given the price we paid.

We stayed here and had a lovely time. The house is very comfortable for 6 people.

The property had three bedrooms downstairs, a laundry closet, and two full bathrooms and what I would describe as a loft area that included a kitchen, two seating areas, a large dining table and half bath. Everything was fairly updated. The bathrooms were a little old school but still clean. Check in was super easy. Isabeau was also quite friendly and accommodating. Mashpee commons was close by which had plenty of shopping and restaurants. Shop n stop is also near by for groceries. We ended up spending some time at Martha’s Vineyard as well and this was a more affordable option that was less than 20 minutes from ferry parking lots. We came across a couple spiders but all in all it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.
