personnel très serviable, souriant et facilitant, parlant anglais principalement sauf 1 personne mauritienne parlant francais. Merciiiii logement avec tres belle vue sur mer service de "tuc tuc" local (voiturette électrique) payante à prix raisonnable (cher au nombre de km mais ce sont les tarifs de la digue et l'hotel n'en abuse pas. transat à dispo petit dejeuner servi, varié et très bon diner servi, faible choix mais tres bon et tres bien cuisiné. plage devant l'hotel (pas de plage en marée haute mais on peut s'y baigner quand même).

The room was not cleaned even though it said it would be done every day. They did not change the bed sheets or towels and claimed that we had asked them not to do it. Both of us got bites from the bed, most likely from bedbugs. We also booked and prepaid a transfer from the hotel to a ferry that departed early in the morning, but no one showed up to pick us up. We had to arrange alternative transportation ourselves even though it was pre-paid. However, at the hotel there was an amazing young guy who made breakfast for us – he was very skilled and super friendly. Really appreciated his way of working.

Ottima esperienza! L’hotel si trova in una posizione ideale, sul lato più comodo e ben servito di La Digue. Le camere sono molto ampie, moderne e dotate di tutti i comfort, con pulizie eseguite ogni giorno in modo impeccabile. Ogni mattina abbiamo trovato due bottigliette d’acqua fresca a disposizione, un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Akash, che si è preso cura di noi con grande attenzione: ci ha accolto con gentilezza, preparato eccellenti colazioni, organizzato i trasferimenti in taxi e persino il noleggio delle biciclette. Sempre disponibile e sorridente, ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un hotel che consiglierei senz’altro e in cui non vedo l’ora di tornare!
