hotel bem arrumadinho, atendente muito simpatico, cafe bom. o unico pecado desse hotel é a falta de limpeza tanto do quarto e banheiro como ss roupas de cama velhas e sujas. o local do cafe no quinto andar é que salva tudo. A moca responsavel é extremamente simpatica e caprichosa. Se nao me engano, o nome dela é Aslyn

The room was spacious, and the location was definitely a highlight — only a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Istanbul. Unfortunately, the stay had some major downsides. There appears to be a nearby club or nightlife venue, and on 2 out of my 4 nights, loud music continued until around 3:00 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. The rooms also did not seem to be well soundproofed. My biggest disappointment was the staff response during an unfortunate situation. My son became very sick and vomited in the room. When I asked for assistance and room service, the manager told us we had to clean it ourselves and seemed more concerned about protecting the hotel room than helping us during a family medical situation. While I was trying to care for my son and arrange a hospital visit, the lack of empathy and support was upsetting. Overall, the hotel has a great location and decent room size, but noise and customer service significantly impacted our experience. Rating: Location/Room: 3.5/5 Staff/Service: 2/5 Overall: 2.5–3/5

merhaba bu otelde konaklayamadik cunku bahce kati diye sunduklari secenek yerin dibi, isik almayan kapkaranlik bir oda. Ayrica oteldeki resepsiyon gorevlisi asiri suratsiz ve kabaydi. Beklentimiz tabiki ust duzey bir konaklama degildi fiyat performans karsiliginda ama bir resepsiyonistin de ilk cumlesi 'birseye zarar verirseniz, siz odeyeceksiniz o yuzden bu kagidi imzalayin' olmamali . Lütfen calisan secerken en azindan resepsiyon icin guleryuzlu ve kibar insanlari tercih edin. Otel guzel dosenmis ama ne yazikki bu tavir hic hos degildi.

Çiçek pasajına yakın diye tercih ettik. Otopark sıkıntısı var. Biraz soğuktu petekler yanmıyordu ilgilendiler çok üşümedik .gürültülü kalabalık tabi konumu nedeniyle. Genel olarak beğendik.
