We loved this beautiful,old but restored home. The bedroom was nicely decorated with beautiful artwork. But the best part was the owners Nancy and Mark. Nancy cooked every breakfast. The menu was nicely written on a blackboard in the dining-room. In addition, she baked cookies and left them in a jar in the parlor for the guests. As for Mark, he was so much fun to listen to. He had so many stories to tell. Furthermore, he has a great sense of humor. My husband and I constantly had a smile on our face as we listened to his stories. We'd love to go back.

I liked the property. Check-in was quick and efficient. Stephanie gave us a very nice tour and we enjoyed it as the layout was great. Especially nice was the puzzle in the corner that we could do at all times. The breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend The Kendall Inn.

Loved staying at the Kendall Inn. Staff was fantastic and very responsive. Place is in a perfect location just a few min north of main Freeport area. And the breakfast was outstanding!! Would absolutely stay here again.

Kendall Tavern Inn is a real treat. The owners are wonderfully hospitable, the breakfasts are fantastic (apricot scones!). It is an old historic building with tons of charm located just outside downtown Freeport.

This bed and breakfast was absolutely charming. The common space was well equipped with all types of entertainment, puzzles, games, tea/coffee, and a self service honor system minibar. The full breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the hosts seem to really enjoy sharing their home. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Amazing breakfast (LOVED the chive scones). The folks that run the Inn are warm and welcoming, you truly feel you are at home. The other guests must feel the same way, because everyone is always smiling and kind. The rooms are clean, had aircon or heat, a hairdryer, and comfy beds and pillows. We look forward to coming back!

We chose this place as a mid-week getaway and certainly felt welcomed. Close to the downtown but far enough away to have our own privacy. The upgrade from a Queen room to a King was an added bonus and the room was quite spacious. Lots of little perks that we didn't expect like coffee and tea anytime, warm cookies in the afternoon as well as a water filling station. Our hosts were very welcoming with lots of local knowledge and suggestions for dining and outdoor experiences which we took advantage of. Breakfast each day was unique and themed with local favorites which we appreciated. Would certainly make a return here.

The room was extremely tiny and the bed's mattress needed to be replaced with a new one. However there were many comfortable rooms in the Inn downstairs that we used and the breakfast was FABULOUS!!

Amazing breakfast (LOVED the chive scones). The folks that run the Inn are warm and welcoming, you truly feel you are at home. The other guests must feel the same way, because everyone is always smiling and kind. The rooms are clean, had aircon or heat, a hairdryer, and comfy beds and pillows. We look forward to coming back!

We chose this place as a mid-week getaway and certainly felt welcomed. Close to the downtown but far enough away to have our own privacy. The upgrade from a Queen room to a King was an added bonus and the room was quite spacious. Lots of little perks that we didn't expect like coffee and tea anytime, warm cookies in the afternoon as well as a water filling station. Our hosts were very welcoming with lots of local knowledge and suggestions for dining and outdoor experiences which we took advantage of. Breakfast each day was unique and themed with local favorites which we appreciated. Would certainly make a return here.

I liked the property. Check-in was quick and efficient. Stephanie gave us a very nice tour and we enjoyed it as the layout was great. Especially nice was the puzzle in the corner that we could do at all times. The breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend The Kendall Inn.

Loved staying at the Kendall Inn. Staff was fantastic and very responsive. Place is in a perfect location just a few min north of main Freeport area. And the breakfast was outstanding!! Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was extremely tiny and the bed's mattress needed to be replaced with a new one. However there were many comfortable rooms in the Inn downstairs that we used and the breakfast was FABULOUS!!

Had a lovely stay at The Kendall Inn for a friends weekend. Nice sitting area on the first floor. Lovely and quiet. Wonderful breakfasts. Coffee, tea, water available all the time. Nice Inn Keepers. I'll be going back.

This bed and breakfast was absolutely charming. The common space was well equipped with all types of entertainment, puzzles, games, tea/coffee, and a self service honor system minibar. The full breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the hosts seem to really enjoy sharing their home. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Wonderful property just outside of the business of Freeport. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Yummy breakfast every morning, and even homemade cookies each night. 10/10 for sure!

We stayed for a weekend and loved everything. Quiet comfy room and the best breakfast I’ve ever had! Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend when visiting the Freeport area.

The inn keepers Stephanie and Matthew were so nice and accommodating. One of us had a dairy allergy and they made sure everything was made fresh and with no dairy, adapting recipes when necessary. The inn was super clean, rooms were nicely kept, and the food was delicious. Absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Freeport or Portland! We appreciated the nice options for relaxing around the inn like a fire pit and quiet patio.
