I have stayed here before and they have done so much work on the motel it's nice and the pool is awesome.24 hour cameras on property.staff has been helpful on anything I ask. Great Job to the people at Motel 6.on 110 Access Rd Longview TX I will be back to stay Great Staff.

Clean room and the pool was open and very clean as well.

Cheap hotel off i-20. Got smoking rooms. Place run down but bed was comfortable enough. No outside noises. Basic cable

It’s a good budget property for the buck. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly, especially at check in. The area wasn’t the best but it fit what I needed. It’s local to Walmart and a few different places fo eat, and easy access to the highway. The property is showing its age

Everything worked in my room. It was very clean. The office vending machines had really low prices for soda and candy.

I 'd liked the room is cleaned and look like it just have been remodeled it is very nice .. The parking is a bit tight.

The staff at this Motel 6 is way more friendly than most of the hotels around here. They actually treat you like a human being. They are accommodating and will assist you if needed.They dont act all judgemental like some of the other hotels. And last but not least....wait for it...they have a swimming pool and its actually open!

The bed sheets and stuff was dirty and not clean.

Roaches

I never expect Motel Six to be the Hyatt Regency. That being said, the room we were assigned was not clean, there was a wet barefoot frint on the bathroom rug. There was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet that dripped into the toilet every time someone upstairs used water. It was a non smoking room but there were burn holes in the bed covering and red stains (lipstick?) on the sheets.The pillows were flat and the surfaces were sticky.

Upon entrance the room was very dusty and table was sticky. Bed was made but it was clear the sheets had been slept on and not changed. But the worst Part of all The shower was DISGUSTING! It had hair all over the place clearly it was not cleaned and toilet had smeared feces on the seat worst place ever.

It was nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable!

I didn’t even bring my suitcase in. I did not stay. The room was filthy. There was still feces in the toilet. There was a roach on the tv when I walked in. Of course the lady said no refund but I left anyway. I’d rather sleep in my truck. Disgusting.

The room was dirty smelled like dogs and floor was not swept or mopped! Shower dirty with pubic hair!! They definitely need to train housekeeping or get someone new!

I was pleasantly surprised. Looks like I caught a just updated room. Are they all like that?

The beds very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Shower was two tone. From them trying to paint over the old faded color. Was also smaller thrn a camper shower. Floor was peeling up.

The frist room they gave us the toliet stop flushing so i was going to wait till morning but then we woke up at 2am getting bitten by fleas then they gave another room that wasn't what i paid for went to talk to the manager next morning and he told me that he walked in the frist room and didnt see any fleas i told him to lay in there, then he said he dont care fleas dont do anything to you. Then the next night we notice that the ac keep coming on and off and not cooliing properly. This place sucks

There’s a gas station, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Starbucks nearby, with Walmart just around the corner. The night was noisier than I preferred. While some may say you shouldn't expect much for the price, that's nonsense since people work hard for their money. It was my first visit to Longview, and I might not return soon, but I’d still consider this location if I do. Conveniently located as soon as you exit off the interstate. The place could really use a makeover, and the room needed a better cleaning. No in room coffee, small fridge microwave and older model flatscreen tv with a tricky remote. The shower does not work. The beds are too soft.

Tv not working

AC wasn't working. They offered me an extra fan. I ask my money back but they told me they don't do refunds. I complain a second time and then they move me to a new room, but first they charge me $10 to clean the first room. A really bad experience.

Service was nice and friendly. However, the room's air conditioner barely worked at all and the shower head was so high and sprayed directly into the wall my wife couldn't shower

Quiet room

The heater did not work, the staff quickly brought me a portable one which got me through the cold night.

The stay was nice. I was getting into my car with my two small children and a strange man came up from the road(not another guest). The woman at the front desk came outside and stayed outside until I was able to get into my car.

Front desk cussed at my 14 and 16 year old for asking them for a towel.

The manager was very understanding. Thank you

I was held up about 30 minutes to get my deposit back!

When we arrived at the property, there was a shirtless man nodding out in the parking lot. Upon entering the lobby, there was nobody attending the front desk, and another upset customer showed us a video of bedbugs discovered in her room after being bitten by them. Being that it was late at night, and having a child with me, I made the assessment that the hotel was unsafe and unsanitary, and asked to cancel my reservation once someone had come back. Keep in mind - I DID NOT CHECK IN. I was told that hotels.com would have to do it by the desk clerk, and that she was unable (unwilling) to do so. The customer service folks at hotels.com told me it was the hotel’s duty, and phoned the manager, who outright refused to refund my money because "bookings made after a 3PM window are an "instabooking," and are not refundable. I made my reservation 50 minutes before arrival, not a calendar day before. This instabooking policy was not stated in the hotels.com booking page, and seemed to be a policy of the manager that he came up with on the spot. Being that I had not checked in, received no services, and did not stay - I reported this as credit card fraud with my bank. I've already left feedback with Motel 6 corporate, and will be making a phone call to the county health department as well. Avoid this place and go anywhere else.

I made a reservation early on a Friday morning for a week's stay, then had to cancel this. I canceled the reservation before noon on that same day, but I was charged ONE NIGHT'S STAY because I didn't cancel before THURSDAY at 6 PM. I hadn't even made the reservation yet! I feel cheated and dishonored. I will not be staying at Motel 6 again.

The lady at the desk was rude & tried to say my booking wasn’t good when I booked and paid online. Arguing with me saying that I needed to pay over 180 for two nights! Also said they don’t go off of a receipt I was showing her , so after driving many hours it took me 20 minutes to get checked in rather than it being simple. She eventually said she figured out the problem and was still rude. Later she knocked on my door at midnight , I’m not sure why but all in all would have been a way better experience without that. Hotel is clean for the price. Had people outside my room playing music loud until late the second night I stayed.

Rude staff

Great little hotel. Staff was amazing

When I pulled into the parking lot, there was like 18 people outside loud music very trashy. I decided not to stay because it was definitely unsafe place to stay. I do not recommend I actually recommend for this hotel to be off of this website. Hotels.com should evaluate reviews to determine what hotels to recommend.

Too many trashy thugs around the area

No breakfast. But expect that at Motel6. Maid took towels, but never returned with " replacement" towels. Had to go to front desk after midnight (we'd been out) to get replacement towels. Frustrating.
