WoodSpring Suites Omaha Bellevue, an Extended Stay Hotel

Close to Offutt Air Force Base. Restaurants nearby. Hotel with good Basics of Clean and Comfortable Rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good Value for the Price.

Quiet, respectful and nice and helpful s staff

The room was nice and clean,BUT the bed frame was bent i slept all crooked with the medal bar on my back... i didnt sleep well and have a super sore back now....

The room was bare; the electricity breakers would flip if I had the lights and tv on at the same time. The sink had an active leak and leaked onto my bag when I brushed my teeth. There was loud fighting from other rooms. I was staying there after escaping from a domestic violence situation at home and was very triggered. Chose not to stay for the entire stay I was scheduled to be there. Staff was very friendly and wanted to be helpful however they could, but they can only do so much. The room was clean, but its condition was concerning.

The staff was rude and paid little attention to details. The room felt neglected. No cabinet doors on the kitchenette cabinet and rust on all fixtures in the bathroom...gross. Large black spot on the ceiling above the kitchenette. Won't be visiting any time soon. Staff was rude
