The property was gorgeous! Stunning back yard with a awesome outdoor shower. The breakfast was missing nothing. Home cooked right in front of you along with a ton of fresh fruits and breads. Our second visit here and will be back. The beach 2 blocks away and restaurants even less than that!

We had a fantastic stay! Staff were extremely accommodating, helping us to bring in our bags and get settled as well as assisting us at departure. Breakfast was amazing… Fresh fruit daily, homemade waffles one day, pancakes the next and eggs, bagels, bacon and sausage daily. Hot coffee, always fresh and readily available. Our room was very comfortable as was the bed and bedding. Common spaces were clean and comfortable. Outdoor porch and patio areas were very comfortable and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!!

This place is in a perfect spot. Short & easy walks to shops and beach. Enjoyed that its for adults only. Staff are friendly. We had a fun moment sitting out on the front porch on rocking chairs watching a quick downpour rain and admiring the flowers and plants. We would come again!

We loved our 2-night stay! Tom was fun to talk to and the service was great! Our room was on the third floor with a private bathroom. No elevators which wasn't a problem for us. There is free tea and coffee available 24/7 on the first floor and a few different areas to sit and relax (I loved the front porch swing) The location was great, a quick walk through the back alleyway puts you in the middle of everything. We loved the bike rack so we could lock our bikes up in a semi-private space. The breakfast every morning was delicious! We enjoyed our stay and chatting with Tom, Chris and fellow guests, including Cosmo!

Beautiful, clean and cozy with super friendly staff and, best of all, Cosmo the dog. Convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants, but quietly tucked far enough away from the tourist swarm.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was great! The room my friend and I stayed in was ok, we had the double bed room. It was small but we made the most of it. I was a little disappointed we did not have a safe in the room but luckily there were no issues. I personally do not enjoy sharing a bathroom with everyone on the floor but the bathroom was right by our room and was pretty clean. I just would not do this again. The location is fantastic close to everything including the beach and boardwalk, All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend this location.

Very nice, clean and quiet place. We loved their breakfast. It is 1 block and 1/2 away from the beach and 1/2 block from the stores and restaurants. We parked our car and walked everywhere all the time we were there. There is so much to do in the town

This is a great place. Welcoming, with interesting people to talk to during breakfast. Only issue is it’s an old building, so less polished than new places. An maybe too delicious baked goods - I probably gained weight.

The property was beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The decor was a mix of old world and modern. It was just comfortable. And the other guests were so friendly. We stayed there for our 14th anniversary and can't wait to go back. We only live 6 miles away, but it was a great respite.

Near the beach and restaurants. Tastefully decorated. Lovely yard and various places to sit. Great breakfast. Extremely helpful staff! We had a shared bathroom. Not a problem. But they’ll have 2 rooms with ensuite bath next year.

Near the beach and restaurants. Tastefully decorated. Lovely yard and various places to sit. Great breakfast. Extremely helpful staff! We had a shared bathroom. Not a problem. But they’ll have 2 rooms with ensuite bath next year.

The property was gorgeous! Stunning back yard with a awesome outdoor shower. The breakfast was missing nothing. Home cooked right in front of you along with a ton of fresh fruits and breads. Our second visit here and will be back. The beach 2 blocks away and restaurants even less than that!

This place is in a perfect spot. Short & easy walks to shops and beach. Enjoyed that its for adults only. Staff are friendly. We had a fun moment sitting out on the front porch on rocking chairs watching a quick downpour rain and admiring the flowers and plants. We would come again!

Very nice, clean and quiet place. We loved their breakfast. It is 1 block and 1/2 away from the beach and 1/2 block from the stores and restaurants. We parked our car and walked everywhere all the time we were there. There is so much to do in the town

We had a fantastic stay! Staff were extremely accommodating, helping us to bring in our bags and get settled as well as assisting us at departure. Breakfast was amazing… Fresh fruit daily, homemade waffles one day, pancakes the next and eggs, bagels, bacon and sausage daily. Hot coffee, always fresh and readily available. Our room was very comfortable as was the bed and bedding. Common spaces were clean and comfortable. Outdoor porch and patio areas were very comfortable and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place - everyone we super nice - decorated beautifully for the holidays! Breakfast was very good! We normally stay in a hotel but this was a very great choice! Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our 2-night stay! Tom was fun to talk to and the service was great! Our room was on the third floor with a private bathroom. No elevators which wasn't a problem for us. There is free tea and coffee available 24/7 on the first floor and a few different areas to sit and relax (I loved the front porch swing) The location was great, a quick walk through the back alleyway puts you in the middle of everything. We loved the bike rack so we could lock our bikes up in a semi-private space. The breakfast every morning was delicious! We enjoyed our stay and chatting with Tom, Chris and fellow guests, including Cosmo!

What a wonderful place. The property is immaculate and well-maintained, and the owners put a lot of thought into the landscaping, lighting and decor, including in the backyard--just the right balance of fun and relaxing. The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed, and breakfast each morning was delicious. All on a quiet street steps away from shops and restaurants. We definitely will stay here again.

Fabulous stay! Such a lovely place. I would go just for the incredible breakfast. Great location. Clean and well maintained. Wonderful staff. The only downside is the sofa bed needs a foam topper. Very hard. Looking forward to returning.

Having read the reviews I was expecting an extensive breakfast. I was still shocked at the variety and number of items available, with variation from day to day. The room was comfortable and the common spaces were fantastic on a rainy weekend. The guest kitchen provided self serve hot beverages throughout the day and there were also chocolate chip cookies in the lounge each day. The location can't be beat as it's very convenient to everything in Rehoboth.
