禁煙部屋なのに、タバコの匂いで臭かったです。前に喫煙部屋で当時の黄ばみのある壁紙のままにしてる様子です。 雑居ビルの二階以上をホテルに改装した様子で、誰でもホテル内の各部屋ドア前まで行ける低いセキュリティでした。 繁華街に近いですか、値段に対してレベルが低すぎです

街外人很容易進入酒店,感覺不太安全,房內設施較舊,床頭櫃和枱面亦有被煙頭燒過痕跡,但整體尚可接受,住宿附近購物,飲食,交通都很方便

Front desk are nice and willing to help, rooms are okay, it is an old building convert to hotel, overall consideration they pay a lot attentsion to the place, tecocommand for people who visit to the area

Very speedy check in and check out. Room is basic and dated with old decoration/wallpaper but mostly clean except for the carpet, which I'm scared to step on barefooted, even though the cleaner comes daily. Otherwise they respond very quickly to my questions/requests. Decent enough for a short stay.

出入很方便，旺中帶静。打掃十分清潔細緻。如果咖啡供應是24小時最佳，住客9時已外出，6時卻未回，享受不到这設施!

facing the busy street, and can hear the traffic noise; facility is pretty old, very rusty mirror light socket, rotten bathroom door frame; the room has some moldy smell, probably due to the high moisture...

This hotel has been the least satisfactory accommodation I have experienced. Despite paying USD200 per night for a three-night stay, it is evident that the value of this hotel does not justify a rate exceeding USD80 per night. Firstly, the hotel is situated within an aged building, which serves not only as a hotel but also accommodates various commercial facilities. The lack of exclusive access control raises concerns about security, as individuals can easily access any floor within the hotel area. The rooms exhibit signs of aging, with noticeable disarray in the TV sets and an accumulation of dust around the cables. The carpet, showing signs of wear, emits an unpleasant odor upon entering. The outside view is equally disappointing, featuring the rear side of dilapidated structures, with a large, broken brick wall obstructing the window. To maintain privacy, I found it necessary to keep the curtains closed, as the neighboring balcony provided an intrusive vantage point into my room. Furthermore, the bathroom layout presents a safety hazard. In my room, the 110VAC power socket is inconveniently positioned directly beneath the shower, resulting in splashed water accumulating around the socket. While it might be acceptable for budget-conscious visitors, the hotel must reassess its pricing strategy. Exorbitant charges not only fail to attract business but also tarnish the hotel's reputation, inviting negative reviews.

Central location superb and close to train station. Plenty of food options around the area. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up our room. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here next time around.

안내 데스크에 계시던 분들도 친절했고, 청소하시는 분들도 노력 많이 하신게 느껴집니다. 하지만 시설이 너무 노후화되서 반감이 많이 커요. 벽 깨진부분도 그렇고 벽지 떨어진거하고 바닥 카페트 상태 시설 자체가 최악이에요 ㅠ

The hotel location was wonderful, room was spacious. The only thing that was causing discomfort was the sewage smell, other just fine.

二泊三日の弾丸旅行で出発直前に予約しました。西門町エリアで立地は良好。503号室に泊まりましたが、ホテルはビジネスホテルで寝るだけと割り切れば特に問題無かったです。バスタブもあり水圧も良好。入口扉のしまりがいまいちだったので、必ず自分で確認は必要でした。建物は古いですが、清掃は問題無かったです。

基本がしっかりしてる。旅慣れた人ならこれ以上はそんなに求めないのでは？ 僕的には星5です。 次回も余裕で使います。 部屋の匂いは気になるくらいにはカビ臭かったですけど、でもエアコン古けりゃどこでもしますし。 ホテルマンも誠実だし、タオル交換やらなんやら基本的なところがしっかりしてます。 そして、駅近！ 台湾旅行の起点でもいいのでは？

The only thing that not making 5* is just the room pretty small (I guess it’s the norm for busy tourist area, a short distance to Ximending Night Market). Staffs were friendly and helpful. Even the room was small, the restroom was in decent size.

订房需要注意，有的大床房间是没有窗户的，预订了带窗的房间，确实有一扇小窗，但房间实在太小，行李箱摊开便几乎没有走路的空间，优点是饭店背靠西门町，地点还是很方便的！

The WIFI at the hotel was totally not usable as it was extremely slow.

The window is not soundproof, because the room is facing the main road, the noise is unbearable.

Generally satisfactory but the triple room was a little cramped for 3 of us. I guess it's a double room with an extra bed. Though bathroom was handicap friendly and spacious, the shower head was too low. If part of the bathroom space was allotted to the bedroom, that would have been better, so we have more room for our luggage. The location of Ximen Hotel is good as it's less than 10 mins walk from the Ximen Metro station. Ximending, the shopping district is very near by. It is also very convenient to get to other parts of Taipei from Ximen station, so for 'location', it's excellent.

地點好, 隣近西門町, 離捷運西門站也不遠. 服務員工態度很好. 下次來台北一定會再入住.

Just a few steps away from one of the entrances of Ximending market. Lobby is at the 2nd floor and our room was in the same floor which to us was convenient. We didn’t hear noise from the common area. One side had a whole glass view of the street but noise can’t be heard except for occasional sirens, and curtains were the blackout type. Room is cleaned daily, though I would have wanted a more thorough vacuuming. Bring your own toiletries though as they are not provided. I wish we were provided 2 pillows each and were fluffier. This was really what made us less comfortable. Our flight back home was in the evening and we were allowed to extend for 4 hrs for a very reasonable price.

It was very so-so, the hotel would not help me change my reservation when I wanted to split it (check out early, leave for another city for 2 days and return for the weekend) even when I offered to pay more to account for the change in daily rate. I valued the central location and the balcony. The fridge didn't work in my room.

Great location. Very close to multiple dining options and the Ximen Night market. The staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating. They have complimentary umbrellas to borrow for rainy days and we’re very helpful. Quiet area; great location.

The room was too small without a microwave. There's no heater so the nights were cold. Female staff were unfriendly ter so the nights were cold

距離捷運站很近，交通位置非常方便，且辦理入住過程很迅速，不過沒有特別提醒退房時間等注意事項。 沒有附牙刷需自備，若購買一組是25元。 浴室內吹風機是壞的無法使用，但打電話到櫃台後，很快就送來一台備用的吹風機，處理得很好。

Located at heart of the urban area, many food stall and shopping place.

It's definitely a no frills, basic hotel and very dated, needs updating and better ventilation but at least no cockroaches. We stayed here for 2 nights in January with our 5 and 8 year old in the room with the two double beds. The best thing about this hotel is location hands down - walkable to Ximen Station, lots of delicious eats, and the 24 hour Donki is only 5 mins away if you need anything or want to buy gifts.

Good convenient location for first time visitor. Ximending Walking District very close. Taipei Main Station also extremely handy. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel is frills, but perfectly located. Will definitely stay here again.

ホテルは地下鉄の北門駅と西門駅の中間ですが、西門駅から近くまで地下道を使えるので暑さや雨対策で便利です。

Very close to walking night markets, easy access to local eatery. Close to a lot of shopping areas.

Property location is central. Easy to move around. Bus stop & train station are within walking distance.

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge i Ximending. Trevlig personal och bra städning.

離西門6號捷運站走路大約10分內，旁邊是西門町很便利，應有盡有！check in大廳有很多飲料跟泡麵屬付費，整體環境算乾淨，房間偏小但不擠，若帶小孩或是注重睡眠者可能不太建議，會稍微的聽到水聲及冷氣運轉聲。

メトロ西門、北門の間にあり便利です。空港から出ている電車の台北駅からも歩いて10分強ぐらいでした。クリスマスシーズンなのに、出発1週間を切ってホテル選びに困っていた中で見つけた割には当たりでした。ビルの外から見るより、廊下、部屋の内装はそこそこ新しく感じ良かったです。 朝食は隣にあるモスバーガーのクーポンをもらいました。あと、サービスで空港までのタクシー代500台湾ドル引きのクーポンもありました。(家族4人なら電車よりお得) シャワーの水圧は強めで良かったです。シャンプーとシャワージェルはありましたが、リンスはついていません。 今回、この質でこの値段はとても高いと感じましたが、繁盛日だったので、仕方なかったと納得しています。普段使いでシンプルが良いならお勧めです。

1點到步，原先只想先寄存行李，結果很好的穫得提前入住。服務員態度也很有禮貌，清潔的也很細心，我不喜歡入住時有人進房打掃，清潔員會把毛巾及樽裝水掛在門上。電視節目也很多選擇，有水、茶包、咖啡粉、雪櫃、熱水煲及一些浴室的日用品提供；台灣飯館的浴室用品好像即將會停止提供啊。飯館的地理位置也很好，對外是公車站，幾分鐘就是捷運，而且亦是西門町的位置，下樓以有不同吃的買的看的。缺點是，洗澡房是後改裝的浴簾形式，每次洗澡後整個洗手間的地也濕透的。

場所が良いのと、コロナの時期に長期滞在したので馴染みができて台北滞在ならこちら、と思っています。 近隣のホテルに比べても設備もスタッフも良いと思います。 建物の1階にあるキティのセブンイレブンは台湾で2件しかないとか。 台北駅へも徒歩で行けます。 ベジタリアンの朝食対応OK 近くに素食の小吃あります。

It was our first time in Taiwan and the staff at Ximen was absolutely impressive and helpful. They changed our towels daily, cleaned our rooms unless we say no, provided water and soda in the room everyday. The location is excellent. Very close to the night market and is across a bus stop that goes to almost all important locations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Ximen for a wonderful stay
