Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Abilene East District

I would stay again. It was easy and convenient. Easy to find and leave for airport. Stay was very friendly. Room had everything I needed.

It could use a little updating. No conditioner, no blow dryer, two tho ha that are usually in every hotel. Could have been a little cleaner, bathroom sink drained slow.

Outside maintenance needs to be greatly improved. Room maintenance needs a little attention. My room appeared clean and welcoming. There was moisture damage in the shower. My coffee maker was missing the filter cup but a visit to the front desk rectified that quickly. The television was too small and you could not lay in bed and see it properly. I tried moving it closer to the bed but the cords were not long enough. I was also confused that they were calling the Econolodge a Mosque of Amina. Made it a little uncomfortable. I arrived early at 2:00. They said I had to wait until 3:00 to check in. I understand they need to clean the rooms, but surely they could have made one room available instead of making me wait another hour.

Did not feel safe. Pictures of rooms and outside of the hotel is not actually reality. The rooms had a terrible odor. Windows were broken in our room. The curtain was hanging off of the rodi would like a refund for defective not as described. They charged my card prior to me arriving and I selected pay at the hotel
