Parking on-site. Small two storey elevator very good for heavy luggage. 14min walk to airport, albeit mostly along roads with no sidewalk. Situated along #5 bus route to Venice with drop off stop within 15-20 min walk. Neat, tidy, A/C, secure, clean spot, proximal to Marco Polo airport.

Stayed 1 night after a trip to Cortina area. Love the location near the airport. Shuttle service had limited hours of operation (2pm to 7pm,I believe, and only airport to hotel). Easy to arrange and pickup was very smooth. Staff was very helpful to explain bus 5 goes to Piazzela Roma for €1.5(each way). Bus stop is only 50m away; very convenient and priced right. Decent/safe outdoor cafe across the street for a night cap. Staff also made transfer arrangements for us for an early morning return to VCE. Rooms were very recently and tastefully remodeled. Very nice. Always felt safe. Great room. Great value. Great staff.

i chose this hotel because it says free airport shuttle, but right after booking and paying, i received a message that says “ -You could reach Marco Polo airport on foot (900 meters), there're about 100 meters without sidewalk or you could take a taxi, phone number 390415964” it was a a difficult walk at around 8pm, no signs, some gas no pathways so it’s dangerous to walk with our luggages and child… please remove the free airport shuttle or transfer shown online…

This Hotel had description FREE Shuttle. I booked this hotel ONLY because of this service. my flight was early in the morning I needed transportation at 4:00 am. I was traveling with my child. We booked this because it was close to the airport. They will pick you up when you arrive, but they don't take you to the airport. The bus was going to be 10euro each and a taxi was 20euro. But it only took 14 minutes to walk to the departure terminal. So that was great. Save yourself the money and walk there.

Great spot if you need to be close to the airport. We were able to get the shuttle to pack us up when we arrived in Venice and walked back to the airport the next morning to catch our flight out.

Stayed there for our last night in Italy. Needed a place close to the airport for a family of five. The room was huge with great sleeping accommodations. The room and property were immaculate. Self check in was super easy. Great place to stay!!!

The communication from the property was excellent. The location is two minutes from the Venice airport - not a great part of town, but very convenient! The room itself was the issue - it was stuffy and the ventilation system did not turn on at all (we had two rooms and it was the same in both). There was a large chunk of hair in the shower, so I can’t give 5 stars for cleanliness. This room worked fine for our needs, but I’m very glad it was only one night.

I loved this place and hope to return. Clean, convenient, quiet, with super friendly staff. Honestly, my only complaint was the box-mattress, which was very hard. I love firm mattresses, but this one could benefit from a foam or padded top of some sort. That’s a personal preference of course, but I woke up stiff and sore, despite usually sleeping on firm beds. Just a note for those who must have a soft mattress: You may want to ask whether other rooms have softer beds.

The lady that runs this place does a good job and she tries hard. The place is clean but the a/c operated by the owner and it did not run on a day where it got pretty hot in the room I had to sleep with the windows open to get any cool air from the night and unfortunately that let in a ton of road traffic noise all night. There are a lot of loud vehicles that pass by all hours. It was hard to sleep. I couldn’t use a blanket due to the warmth. I hate to give the nice lady a poor review but it was a big factor

Our room was meant for at least 5 people so it was very spacious. But even the bathroom was large. I was surprised it had an elevator which was nice so we didn’t have to haul our suitcases up any stairs. The location was ideal for getting to the airport the next morning as they were so close and across the street from the bus stop.

The staff was friendly and the room comfortable. The wifi in my room (203) was slow to nonexistent. This is a fail. I was having trouble with one of my flights being cancelled and needing reliable internet access. Had I known that I would have to sit in the lobby just to have internet, I would have booked another hotel. They said they were full and unable to switch me to a room with proper internet access.

Convenient for Venice airport, but not the most enjoyable experience. The room was adequate and clean, but the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom basic, with no hooks for clothes or surfaces on which to place toiletries. The shower was rather feeble. We thought there was a breakfast room, but found it had been closed.

Hostess was helpful. The free pick-up from the airport is great! The hotel is convenient to 3-4 eateries. The little town is tailored for people overnighting for early-ish flights from VCE. The room itself is very clean. The bed was not particularly comfortable and we struggled getting the Air Con to function. Someone entered my room in the middle of the night. Apparently the door didn’t lock properly. I took my complaint to the innkeeper and she basically said I was lying. Then I found the person who entered because she wouldn’t even attempt to and brought him to her and then she said it was my fault for not deadbolting the door. Completely bad experience. First time in my life at 76 years old. Never will I stay there or recommend the hotel again. I’m requesting a complete refund. This could have had a very bad outcome by a nefarious individual.

They communicated very clearly through whatsapp on the check-in procedure ans helped me to secure a taxi to the airport, becaus my depaeture time was outside of their shuttle service hours. I felt very warmly welcomed ans found the room to be tidy and comfortable. Will definitely visit again when flying out of pr staying in venice. The bus stop from venice city is very close!

Very highly recommended. The staff were proactive during checking in (we were potentially delayed by Italian rail strike) & accommodated potential delay. Hotel is very clean and spacious. It is also very close to airport (bus on 2 minutes, walking about 18).

Upon check-in, we had a poor experience. We were traveling with a 15m old and asked for a crib and the immediate response was it would not be possible since we didn’t indicate it earlier in the reservation. Then we asked about shuttle service to the airport (based on the service being included on the offered list) and we were told it was one way, only airport pick up not drop off. Then we were asked about breakfast and since we had an early flight we asked for 6:30am and were once again told that would not be possible as breakfast cannot be served before 7am. While I understand all these things, she communicated very rudely. All of our questions were normal for typical travelers so it can’t be the first time a guest checking in has asked and we were made to feel like we were absolutely ridiculous for asking. Eventually she provided a baby crib for £20 per night additional charge and called a taxi service for us for transport to the airport but it was not included in the services offered. She even had her staff bring us a light continental breakfast (instant coffee, some bread/fruit/juice) so we could have it before leaving for the airport but that was after we were upset with the situation and really pushed asking if there wasn’t anything they could do or help. The property and rooms were very clean and secure but due to the proximity to the road, the room was very loud at night with sounds of vehicles zooming by. The airport is NOT walkable (missing sidewalk in 500m).

Eventually she provided a baby crib for £20 per night additional charge and called a taxi service for us for transport to the airport but it was not included in the services offered. She even had her staff bring us a light continental breakfast (instant coffee, some bread/fruit/juice) so we could have it before leaving for the airport but that was after we were upset with the situation and really pushed asking if there wasn’t anything they could do or help. The property and rooms were very clean and secure but due to the proximity to the road, the room was very loud at night with sounds of vehicles zooming by. The airport is NOT walkable (missing sidewalk in 500m).

Parking on-site. Small two storey elevator very good for heavy luggage. 14min walk to airport, albeit mostly along roads with no sidewalk. Situated along #5 bus route to Venice with drop off stop within 15-20 min walk. Neat, tidy, A/C, secure, clean spot, proximal to Marco Polo airport.

Property clean and close to airport but walking with suitcase difficult as no side walk for part of way. Transportation is expensive as one has to pay the minimum fare of 20 euro. Also the night I arrived the elevator was not working and I had to haul my very heavy suitcase to the second floor as no staff on duty after 7.

Stayed 1 night after a trip to Cortina area. Love the location near the airport. Shuttle service had limited hours of operation (2pm to 7pm,I believe, and only airport to hotel). Easy to arrange and pickup was very smooth. Staff was very helpful to explain bus 5 goes to Piazzela Roma for €1.5(each way). Bus stop is only 50m away; very convenient and priced right. Decent/safe outdoor cafe across the street for a night cap. Staff also made transfer arrangements for us for an early morning return to VCE. Rooms were very recently and tastefully remodeled. Very nice. Always felt safe. Great room. Great value. Great staff.

We had an excellent time at Bella Onda guest house and it was 5 stars for our needs! We only had 24 hrs in Venice . the guest manager was hospitable and present for our 2pm check in. We had the large family Room which was very clean and very comfortable. We all slept well. We could walk to airport easily - it's 15 min safe too. Sidewalks in all areas with the exception of about 100 ft of the road which had a small dirt path. We made the treck in for the afternoon into Marco Polo and hopped on a boat and were on the main island of Venice in about 40 min. In the late eve we took a convenient speed boat back around 9pm and walked back to Bella onda safely, no issues. We'd stay here again!

For a travelling family of 4 this was perfect for a stop off place to see Venice. Clean room, location perfect for the airport and for restaurants. Staff at the property were extremely helpful in showing us how to get to Venice from the location. Directions to nearby parking and then on the bus route 5 to take us into Venice itself were superb. Bus tickets purchased in the Tobacco shop opposite was very easy to obtain, owner spoke extremely good English and was very helpful. Hotel has two restaurants opposite, both extremely good with food options. If I had to give a disadvantage of this place it would just be that it doesn’t have a breakfast option. There is a nearby bakery but breakfast would’ve been a bonus. Would definitely recommended and stay again

Staff were not helpful and some how aggressive. There was no kettle, no water bottle, no microwave, no fridge, no even tissue and we had to use toilet paper roll to dry face and eyes. We asked for two extra bed sheet and the manager of house Ms. Sara first denied and said we normally change bed sheets every three days . After explaining that my wife is cancer patient and her immune system is not good, she charged us 5 euros first and then gave us two extra sheets. I’m over seventy years old with sever bad back and there was no elevator in the house and we had to carry suitcases to second floor and carry them down in check out time. Terrible experience.

Super clean. Small but well outfitted room had everything we needed including a terrace where we enjoyed a delicious pizza from the shop across the street. Very helpful staff and quick pickup (prearranged) from the airport. We were happy with our night there.

Great if you have a flight in the morning. Very easy to walk to airport. We had a lovely meal in a restaurant across the road. If was v busy. We ate breakfast in a little cafe just the airport side of the accommodation across the road. Guest house has all you need for 1 night. Bed good and ac. Staff lovely.

If you're going to the airport, this is a perfect place: clean and basic room with many device charging outlets. Check-in was easy, and she arranged for our early-morning taxi right when we checked in. We ate at a great little restaurant across the street.

Hotel is very clean and well kept. Owners are friendly and very willing to help navigate the areas. Garden area is adorable and proximity to Marco Polo airport is great! The only disappointment was that free breakfast was advertised and one of the main reasons I selected; however, was informed on check in that it was $15.00 Euros per person.

The room was fine. The shuttle picked us up from the airport but we were on our own for transportation back to the airport. (Taxi 20 euros) We thought it was a bed and breakfast as advertised. It was not. There was no coffee and no breakfast. The surrounding area is a bit seedy. Pay up and stay at the Courtyard.

This was absolutely wonderful, the only thing that you do need to know is that they do not have a breakfast.. but everything else was beautiful and wonderful, we had a very late check-in and the instructions were absolutely perfect!

Praktiskt hotell att bo på, det tog ca 20 minuter att gå med rullväska från flygplatsen. Bussen gick utanför hotellet och det tog ca 20 minuter med den in till Venedig. Tror den kostade 1,5 euro enkel resa och man köpte biljett i tobaksbutiken.

This hotel is exactly what it needs to be. A very clean, safe and well cared for property very close to Marco Polo Airport - walking distance to be exact and the major reason why I choose it. The check in staff was very sweet and helpful. Please keep in mind that if your check in is outside of typical working hours, you will need to call them to confirm you are still coming and instructions on how to access the main entrance and entrance into your room, as there may not be staff available after hours, except for emergencies. The room was spacious and very clean. I dropped something under the bed and had to retrieve it, and it was spotless under there. The air conditioning was excellent during my very hot summer stay. I didn't use their parking, because I took a taxi from the train station Venezia Mestre to the property, but their appeared to be spaces available in front of the property. One bit of advice, the restaurants in front of the the property are outstanding and are worth your time. There are no near, walking distance at least, grocery stores for snacks or last minute gifts, unless you want to walk for approximately 2 miles which is doable but not convenient. Overall very, very please with the stay and the price point.
