- Free cancellation rate: Credit cards provided at time of booking may be charged 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Non-refundable rate: Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. No refund in case of cancellation. Modifications are not possible on any non-refundable bookings.
- All reservations: This property may pre-authorise your booking in order to confirm before arrival. Should it not be possible to pre-authorise your card, they will send an email to the booking email to request a valid payment method. Should you fail to reply to the email in 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled.

- Check-Out: Before 11 AM
- Arrive early? Utilize our paid locker service for luggage storage.
- In our shared dormitories, we limit stays to 14 nights, prohibit guests under 18 and pets, and reserve the right to cancel non-compliant bookings.
- Teenagers (16 or 17) can stay in a private room with a consent form
- Bookings of multiple beds in dorms may not be in the same room.
- We have a non-smoking policy throughout the building.
- Our rooms are professionally cleaned and disinfected before every arrival & upon request during your stay. Shared rooms are being cleaned daily.
- A local city tax of 7,5% is included in the price.
- We are a cashless hotel. We accept all major bank and credit cards.
