It's always a useful hotel, with a decent breakfast and good gym. However, some changes were made to the rooms because of which you can no longer regulate the temperature or ventilation of the room. The hotel kept the ventilation blasting (loudly) until +- midnight, every night again, which is annoying if you want to get some decent sleep.

Wasn’t much for English speaking staff which made things a bit difficult! Was no temperature control in the room and had a horrible as was very cold at night in the room

The location is great, but the check-in experience was poor. I was forced to wait over 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Then the person in charge of the breakfast room was rude; they wanted you to sit in a specific area, no Matter if you have mobility issues, if you don’t, she creates a hostile environment with the other employees who can eat like that? The manager tried to fix the situation, but the damage was already done
