Best Western Plus Carousel Inn & Suites Burlington

The property was under renovation which we were not aware of at the time of booking. The main thing this affected for our stay was access to WiFi. The WiFi didn’t reach down to our room, and since Burlington is kind of in the middle of no where cell service wasn’t great either. Additionally one of the bed coverings was stained and so were a few of the towels. We were only staying one night so we just made do. As far as a dog friendly hotel, it was great and the front desk staff were great and loved our pups!

Put in a handicap room with hole in the bathroom door, sink would not drain hairs would come back up, broken wall tiles, a pit.

Staff was helpful. Room was clean.
