Rent generellt ett bra boende. Personal var väldigt tillmötesgående, frukosten var väldigt bra på ett fint café precis intill. Bra läge, nära till spårvagn och gångavstånd till det mesta.Kan rekommendera.

The room was great - very clean & comfortable, good facilities and great location. However we were in a different building to the one booked - about 5 mins walk away. Not an issue in itself BUT it made checking in really difficult. There is an automated check in which didn’t recognise our booking ref and it took us 4 attempts and over 20 minutes to get any response from the contact number. If they’d just told us when they sent the check-in details the day before, we could have gone straight to the place, which would have saved a lot of stress and hassle! We weren’t alone - witnessed about 5 other groups of passengers having similar issues. Just felt unnecessary. But once in, the room was great and no noise from the road. Didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment but we were offered luggage storage on check out

Utrolig fin ferielejlighed centralt i Prag og tæt på offentlig trafik. Vi oplevede kun larm en aften i opgangen. Desværre efter at kaffebaren nedenunder vdr lukket og personalet derfor gået. De tog dog henvendelsen alvorligt da de ikke accepterer larm på den måde.

Don’t stay here ever!!!!! There is guttery smell in the bathroom and despite complaining, nobody came to fix it. We had to go to toilet on public places due to stinking toilet. Noone could shower as it was like getting shower in gutter. The next day of our stay the smell spread to all the bedrooms too. The bed was noisy, the sofa bed was broken. Single bedsheet on double bed 😟. Pillows so old n shabby. Extremely noisy, you could hear everything from outside. The fridge and AC makes noise all the day n night. So you can’t sleep here, can’t rest n can’t go to bathroom 😭

Apartment we stayed, was very clean, spacious with big windows and lots of light. The apartment building is in a very good location . Everything is at a walkable distance. Management was always available via messaging. Their response to my questions was very helpful, courteous and on point. They made me feel, that they are always there to help. The price was affordable. I had a very positive and pleasant experience with my stay at Royal Court Apartments.
