Room wasn't completed (no towel rack in bathroom, paint job wasnt finished) Exterior grounds of property were rough (limited signage, drove past it on our first try, parking lot was dangerous) We were en route to attending a wedding and didnt have time to find other accommodation. Expedia needs to make sure these details are evident on their property descriptions.

The room was good. The property needs to be cleaned up. The parking lot area and entrance off the road give a bad first impression. Remove surplus construction materials and out buildings. Fix broken entrance sign. This place could be a bit more successful with a little more attention paid to aesthetics.

This property is clearly under construction as the new owners renovate. The rooms were clean, the mattresses very comfortable. No amenities at all, but for a quick overnight stay in the Kawartha’s at half the price of other hotels in the area, it worked just fine for us.

It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve been in years. Bodily fluids everywhere, The linens were old and had holes in them. It was more of a walk in and walk out and find a different hotel room type of place. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room not even the door handle on the way out. My suggestion is good to go to days Inn and pay the extra one hundred dollars.

This place is disgusting at best. The bed sheets had stains all over them and looked like the hadn't been cleaned in months. The blanket had cigarette burn holes all over and pizza stuck to it. The safety bar in the shower was actually in the closet still in it's unopened package. The shower curtains are stained red at the bottom like someone was just murdered here. The so called desk was all covered in burn spots from cigarette burns. Then when I demanded my money back the manager wanted me to show him the room. I showed him the things wrong with it and he tells me that that is all fine. On no planet is any of this acceptable what so ever. Then at the end of this he says he is refunding me and hands me a print out of it. To my wonderful surprise the next morning he just reprinted the original payment and now I have to go through my credit card company to get my money back. This place is disgusting and dishonest stay away.

The room has been redone and quite comfortable. New bed and floors. Lots of ports to plug computers and things into for power. Lack of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the room. Our big disappointment was the tv. I looks very new but you could not get any current programming. Was all set to watch Friday night football and couldn't get it. Settled on an old tv show and we kept having to wait for streaming which got tiresome. Hopefully, they get cable to go along with what is there,

Couldn’t sleep at all the first night. The neighbors were just normally talking but until 4 am am the thin walls allowed me to hear every single word they were saying. Pillows look like they’ve been bought at dollar store. Ventilation is full of rust and dirty. The kind of customer there looked like junky people. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to party all night….

We stayed here for 3 nights. For the price, we were EXTREMELY impressed with the quality, cleanliness and size of the room. The customer service was also exceptional. We head out for the night and accidentally left our room key in the room. It was 3:00 a.m when we returned/needed help and we were assisted right away. 10/10 would recommend :)

Quick and efficient for check in and everyone there is so nice! It’s nice and quiet at night and leaving is a piece of cake if you’re up before the sun! Just left my keys in the room and was off! Would stay again!

When we first arrived I was a little worried as the outside and the office looked very dated and in need of repairs. Our room however looked like it was recently upgraded. It was clean and looked like it had new flooring. The room smelled a little bit like disinfectant. The bed was comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

Looking at the outside and then walking into the office I wasn't so sure but the room was recently redone and it was obvious that the contractor cared about their work. Finish quality was far better than most hotel we've stayed in. The trim was finished properly and paint was even and cut in properly. All in all a great job. TV was brand new as was the coffee maker and microwave. The only complaint we had were the pillows were too flat but we've found that to be the case in most hotels. A very minor issue. The price was reasonable. Thank you and we would stay here again.

Looking at the outside and then walking into the office I wasn't so sure but the room was recently redone and it was obvious that the contractor cared about their work. Finish quality was far better than most hotel we've stayed in. The trim was finished properly and paint was even and cut in properly. All in all a great job.
