This place is decent value. Unfortunately my room smelled like cigarettes but I was able to air it out to decrease the smell after the first day.

I believe the reviews that give 10/10 or 8/10 are misleading or the people giving the review have not stayed in a 10/10 accommodation. I was disappointed in my accommodation choice (based on reviews) location is between sketchy sites, room is neat but not deep cleaned, realized my room was in between a level of clientele that I think live there and I did not expect …woke up in middle of night to extreme cursing where I ended up wedging a chair under the door knob…didn’t feel safe. Overpriced. But I must say the reception people are very friendly and nice.
