Heater does not work, one window leaked cold air, very chilly at night during fall. It is in a good location and very nice staff; breakfast is decent and healthy.

The bed was a rock, the most uncomfortable with little sleep had by my husband and myself. Breakfast was mass produced pastries, deli meat (bad quality), cheap cheese and bad coffee. The Inn needs paint and new carpets and some major TLC in the gardens. I really wanted to love it and enjoy our stay, but it was definitely not worth the price. I never write reviews but had to with this one.

Etablissement situé a 10mn à pieds du centre. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé dans la magnifique King Room se trouvant dans la tourelle. Petit bémol il n'y a pas de rideau occultant dans cette chambre. les petits déjeuner sont corrects et du café est en libre service dans le hall 24/24

The hotel is nice and the room was clean and the staff were relatively friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. There is no soundproofing of any sort and you can hear exactly what is going on in the room next to you, which makes it quite uncomfortable unfortunately. We only stayed 1 night, but I wouldn't stay longer due to the sounds coming from other rooms. There was no parking space so we had to park in the car park across the road. It was a Sunday so parking was free and we were planning to leave at 11.00 on Monday and hoped we could pay parking the night before to start at 8am on Monday but that was not possible. It was a bit annoying to have to wake up at 8am to go out and pay for parking.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of downtown Kingston and the waterfront. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights whilst on a road trip around Ontario and Quebec and absolutely loved the place. The rooms are beautifully decorated with incredibly comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent perfect for starting off the day. The staff were excellent when we checked in we were given some recommendations for good places to eat and check out in Kingston. They have limited onsite parking but you can park on the road outside or in the public car park across the street so you’ll never struggle to find somewhere to park.
