A very nice hotel overall. The rooms are pleasant, the property is clean, and the water park is excellent, with far more slides than you would typically find at a hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive most of the time. This could have been a perfect stay if not for a few issues: • The children's sofa bed and the extra bed provided were extremely uncomfortable. • The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the bathroom ventilation did not work. • The music around the water park was tool loud. Some guests may enjoy it, but we found it unbearable and completely redundant. • The most frustrating issue was the lack of air conditioning in the main restaurant. Only one section had weak air conditioning, making the restaurant unbearably hot in August.

The room was big and clean, and the bathroom had both a jacuzzi and a shower. The balcony was large. The food was varied, and the evening shows were beautiful, enjoyable, and suitable for all ages. The staff were friendly and provided great hospitality. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, and I wish there had been a clothes drying rack on the balcony. We had to hang our wet clothes on the balcony chairs instead. There was a long queue during check-in, and we were not allowed to use the other restaurants, only the main restaurant, because we were staying for only three nights. This information was not mentioned in the booking description.

Det är omöjligt att kalla detta för ett femstjärnigt hotell, snarare är det (PÅ SIN HÖJD) trestjärnigt. Det största problemet är att resorten är otroligt stor utan att hotellet tillhandahåller transport. Vi bodde i ett rum högt uppe på en kulle och gick 16000 steg om dagen utan att vi ens lämnade resorten pga att det var så långt mellan allt. Väldigt jobbigt när man har barn med sig. Hotellet ligger inte heller vid stranden utan man måste gå relativt långt genom en tunnel för att nå den. Rummen: väldigt spartanskt inredda med fläckiga och kantnötta möbler. Lakan med märken och svårtvättade fläckar. Golvet var väldigt smutsigt, bland annat hittade vi klippta naglar på golvet. Pooler/vattenpark: smutsiga, solkräm flyter omkring och samlas i poolens kanter. I poolen flyter skräp, tex servetter, papper från sugrör, ibland mat osv. Även i golvbrunnarna bredvid poolen är det en massa skräp som inte rensas undan under dagen. Mat: Förvisso stort urval men otroligt låg kvalitet på maten. Flera gånger var grönsakerna gamla och på gränsen till att man skulle slänga dem om de var i ens egen kyl. Dåligt utbud av bröd (typ 6 olika sorters frallor som alla ser likadana ut och endast ett mörkt bröd). Inga kex eller dyl. Endast billiga frukter som banan, äpple och apelsin osv. Inga bär. Service: Väldigt långsam och undermålig. Flera gånger saknades rena handdukar till poolen, det var dåligt städat i rummet osv.

This was our fourth stay here, and it has become our go-to hotel to relax. The food continues to be of a very high standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed it throughout our stay. One small suggestion though – please don’t keep the red wine in the fridge! The addition of the new speciality restaurants is a real bonus. Both the Indian and Mexican restaurants were excellent and were definite highlights of our holiday. The water park is another fantastic addition and adds even more value, especially for families. There are a few areas where some maintenance is needed, particularly around the pool bar, but nothing major. More importantly, the rooms are starting to show their age and could do with a little TLC and closer management oversight. Our room was comfortable, although we had booked a double bed and were given two singles pushed together. It wasn’t a major issue, but when you book a particular room type, it’s nice to receive what you’ve requested. We also had to ask for shower gel and other toiletries to be replenished, which again isn’t a huge problem but is something you wouldn’t expect to have to do in a five-star hotel. We also arrived to find a damaged lampshade, which remained unreplaced throughout our stay. Overall, the theme of our feedback is simple: the hotel needs to focus on the basics. The staff are exceptional and are undoubtedly the reason we continue to return. They are the hotel’s greatest asset. We will definitely be back, but we hope management invests.
