On the first day, there was a dead fish swimming with me in the pool. No staff is around the pool to notice the dead fish and it took them time to react to mark the pool closed for maintenance. The handicap/ family toilet health faucet was cut and broken. I took my son and was unable to clean him. I then took him to the make toilet and the flush knob was broken. This was fixed temporarily by the cleaner and the next day i found it broken again. The in room dining were just not ready to serve my water in glass bottles as were available in the dining area. Took me a lot of arguments to get it done. The front desk have complementary golf at the EastPoint golf club. It took them 12 hours and repeated reminders to give me a letter to take with me to the golf club, which i was told was completely free. OH NO!!! It is not free and they dont know of any agreement. Upon calling the front desk they now tell me only Entry is free, WHILE THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE. The managers are just clueless. its a worst place to stay... though the building and view is good, the staff are clueless. There is no shower facility near the swimming pool... they have to walk on floor (slipping and falling health risk) to a rest room which was stinking the first day... then walk back on the wet floor. I have given them feedback to place a mat and hope they'll act on it before disaster srtikes someone.

Excellent hotel well located near the metro. No bar but the country club minutes walk away is good. Pool with 4 sun beds is a nice option.

Es gibt kein Duschgel, man fragt sich wieviel Keime es wohl im Pool-Wasser gibt. Eine von zwei Duschkabinen besitzt keine Tür mehr. Leider spürt man auch eine allgemeine Anspannung beim Personal, was für ein sehr unterkühltes Arbeitsklima spricht. Meine Fotos sind unzulässig oder überschreiten die Datengröße. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and of the room. I found that room was not cleaned before checkin and found multiple stain marks Kn floor shoes prints also found trash under bed. The checkin was terrible, hotel staff has no information and very less trained to handle customer requirements.

Honestly, it’s not the best. Definitely not worth 13k per night. The room’s condition was extremely modest. Reminded me one of those hopin-hop out commercial hotels. The bathroom is all stains and cracks on the walls etc. The bathroom curtain didn’t work and the switch was broken. The staff guy himself struggled to operate it. But the service is really good. A couple of them didn’t know the etiquette but they didn’t seem disrespectful. It’s just that they weren’t trained well.…otherwise very good. Food is FABULOUS. Whoever managing the kitchen, deserves a raise. Overall, it’s ok but unlikely to spend 13k per night for those rooms. Rather come by for lunch/breakfast.

There was thumping noise in the room till midnight on all 3 nights I stayed here. The hotel staff first said it’s from the banquet hall, then they changed their stance and said it’s from a INOX theatre right behind the hotel. It was apparent they cannot do anything about it. So if you want to have a quite room and wish to sleep before the INOX has had its run till midnight, look for some place else. If putting up with a rumbling sound reverberating through the building is something that you like, this place has plenty of it.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and of the room. I found that room was not cleaned before checkin and found multiple stain marks Kn floor shoes prints also found trash under bed. The checkin was terrible, hotel staff has no information and very less trained to handle customer requirements.

Novotel Vizag is a great modern hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was fantastic. Special. Shout out to the front desk manager who was very accommodating to all our needs. Even though a very busy hotel, when staff remembers your name, you always feel special. Second shout out to the dining room manager who had an amazing and contagious smile at all times. Ask her to tell you about her hometown Darjaleen, famous for its tea and she beams with pride. Will definetly stay again.

The check in process was so terrible. Initially one gentlemen by name Adbul or Ahamed was there. After spending few minutes he said some one will takecare and left that place and moved to next counter. Then one Mr Lokesh came and he took nearly 10 minutes to give the room key. I asked him is there any issue in the booking and he said no. I told him that i am a silver member of Accor ALL and hardly any response from him. I stayed there only for couple of hours as i check in the Morning and then checked out. May be a proper training to them would help.

The stay was great - it’s our sons favorite so we celebrated his birthday there. Everything was great but the front desk was very rude when we were checking in. Other than that our experience was fabulous.

On the first day, there was a dead fish swimming with me in the pool. No staff is around the pool to notice the dead fish and it took them time to react to mark the pool closed for maintenance. The handicap/ family toilet health faucet was cut and broken. I took my son and was unable to clean him. I then took him to the make toilet and the flush knob was broken. This was fixed temporarily by the cleaner and the next day i found it broken again. The in room dining were just not ready to serve my water in glass bottles as were available in the dining area. Took me a lot of arguments to get it done. The front desk have complementary golf at the EastPoint golf club. It took them 12 hours and repeated reminders to give me a letter to take with me to the golf club, which i was told was completely free. OH NO!!! It is not free and they dont know of any agreement. Upon calling the front desk they now tell me only Entry is free, WHILE THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE. The managers are just clueless. its a worst place to stay... though the building and view is good, the staff are clueless. There is no shower facility near the swimming pool... they have to walk on floor (slipping and falling health risk) to a rest room which was stinking the first day... then walk back on the wet floor. I have given them feedback to place a mat and hope they'll act on it before disaster srtikes someone.

There was thumping noise in the room till midnight on all 3 nights I stayed here. The hotel staff first said it’s from the banquet hall, then they changed their stance and said it’s from a INOX theatre right behind the hotel. It was apparent they cannot do anything about it. So if you want to have a quite room and wish to sleep before the INOX has had its run till midnight, look for some place else. If putting up with a rumbling sound reverberating through the building is something that you like, this place has plenty of it.

Honestly, it’s not the best. Definitely not worth 13k per night. The room’s condition was extremely modest. Reminded me one of those hopin-hop out commercial hotels. The bathroom is all stains and cracks on the walls etc. The bathroom curtain didn’t work and the switch was broken. The staff guy himself struggled to operate it. But the service is really good. A couple of them didn’t know the etiquette but they didn’t seem disrespectful. It’s just that they weren’t trained well.…otherwise very good. Food is FABULOUS. Whoever managing the kitchen, deserves a raise. Overall, it’s ok but unlikely to spend 13k per night for those rooms. Rather come by for lunch/breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at Novatel Varun Beach Vizag! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Rooftop view was mesmerizing, loved the way the rooftop was maintained. Pool was well maintained, however little bit of privacy would have been better. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Breakfast if has many choices and tasty.

I travelling to Vizag for past 10year and most of time I stay in Novotel But this trip I found the property require upgrades Most of furniture is already fade in colour I book king bed and staff give me twin bed My previous trips staff more welcoming now I feel he not care whether you stay or not in the same booking I book room for my colleague also but staff give him smoking room even we always book non smoking room he can’t take smoke smell whole night he can’t sleep and next day request to change room I don’t know why he doing this mistake when you travel from overseas and reach hotel by 11.30pm you already exhausted and don’t want to change the room and staff responsibility must give room according to booking hope management consider this review and do changes accordingly
