yes, the room was excellent, very clean and every day the hotel service came to the room and clean and change towels.

Had to call for toilet not working three times, the room floors were not clean, the jacuzzi was not operative as requested, menu was limited and breakfast, they served water pineapple juice…more water than juice, scrambled eggs were overcooked, staff not familiar with services in the resort….and I paid for a presidential suit!…the road to the hotel was horrible
