Clean facility. It has a small pool which is nice after done with the beach. Love that they have beach tags to use for their occupants. The beach is only few blocks and it is convenient for everything

Enjoyed our stay at Biscayne. Room was clean. Housekeeping refreshed our room while we were out for the day. We didn’t get the chance to try the heated pool. Hotel is not far from the boardwalk. It was nice that there was onsite parking however the spaces are very small.

This is a great place for a family vacation. Excellent Customer service. Close to the beach. Just two blocks away from Ocean city Beach . Parking is available here for free. You will like the heated pool at the top. Oceanfront views from Fourth floor.

There are ants in our suite both in the kitchen and the bedroom. The presence of ants have bothered and frightened our children. There appears to be ants under the carpets in multiple places. It is disgusting.

The room was nice and clean. Parking was very tight. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was within walking distance. The only downside was the view. The one side of the hotel faces an alley, other rentals and city view.

Be careful which unit you stay in. We did not realize (and we should have read other reviews!) that the units were individually owned. The unit we were in had obviously not been updated in over 20 years. Carpet was old, warped and wavy. Fixtures were tired. Caulk was old and cracked. The hotel was not busy as we came midweek after the Columbus Day weekend and I am sure there were other units that were open, but the receptionist decided to give us this old suite. Not sure why but it seems like they should give out the better rooms when available to keep up the good ratings. Maybe they just give out the bad rooms when you don't know better to ask.

Friendly staff pretty good location a few blocks from the beach. Our unit had a lot of outdated wicker furniture that needed to be replaced. Bed was fair kind of mushy. Unit did have a nice private porch shich was nice to use. Ac sounded like truck very noisy when going off and on during the nite. Overall was clean and rooftop pool was nice.parking was underneath and away from the sun a plus. Overall good place

The resort is perfect for our family of 3-great area, close to the beach and boards. Lots of walkable restaurants. We had a 4th floor room-it's a little noisy if you are next to the doors but nice views.

Our hotel was great except for check-in. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready. That's acceptable, but the woman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating and she never called us to let us know that our room was ready. Finally, I went back in just before 3:00 and she said I forgot to call you.

The pool should open earlier than 10 a.m. A more reasonable time would be around 8 a.m., especially for guests who enjoy a morning swim.

Biscayne Suites was a wonderful place to stay & great location. 5-7 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Shopping & dining and games galore on the boardwalk, not to mention the pizza, ice cream, and Johnson Carmel Corn. Great room, very comfortable and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again.

This is our favorite place to stay in Ocean City. Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. My only complaint is if you drive a larger car, the parking lot is difficult to park in. Other than that, great location couple blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend.

We’d come back in a heartbeat! Thanks for a memorable stay.

We loved it here. Perfect suite for our family and a great location, so close to the beach/boardwalk and music pier. The only thing we would have changed was we wish the pool had later hours to enjoy a night swim, especially for older kids/teens.
