We stayed in the adorable carriage house. The breakfast was exquisite. We had dinner at the Anchor and the lobster did not disappoint. The inn keeper made a fire the night we were there and we enjoyed the company of others along with s’mores!

Wonderful stay! Charlie and Megan are fantastic innkeepers who provide a excellent experience. I was great by Charlie upon arrival who was able to give me great recommendations for dining options in town for dinner. Everything was walkable. The inn has a common space with a puzzle table and lots of books to read. Charlie builds a fire each night in the outdoor fire pit around which there are several Adirondack chairs for gathering. Breakfast in the morning is all homemade options. The room (I was in Jenny’s, I believe) was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I cannot recommend this inn highly enough.

The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was wonderful. They provided options for breakfast so being able to make a choice made the meal better. The inn and the grounds were very tidy and well kept. They even had a fire made out front of the inn and provided supplies for s’mores. Great location to all the restaurants and shops in town within a very easy and short walk. Will come back again!

Right in downtown Wilmington - easy to find, yet hidden away. Shops and dining in easy walking distance. Nice firepit outside residence. Charlie was friendly and welcoming during check in.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The inn was convenient for shopping at all the little Wilmington shops and the grounds were beautiful. Saw both foxes and wild turkeys there. The Apple cinnamon pancakes were delicious and Megan and Charlie were great hosts.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely inn, the owners were very welcoming, fresh breakfast, the Inn has a nice room with fireplace to spend some time, puzzles, games, a bar - very pleasant. Great location too - can walk to local restaurants and shops, mount snow is 10 minutes away.

This is our third time here. Owners have a good memory. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. The communication is excellent. The place is beautiful and inviting. They even had a fire pit going which was really nice! We love it here! We will be back again!

A true Vermont experience! We stayed 2 nights on our summer family vacation to the Northeast. The Wilmington Inn was exactly what we needed to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the Northeast! The Innkeepers were so welcoming and our room and the common spaces were clean and comfortable! Walking around town was a bonus!

The breakfast is delicious and you are served as if you are in a restaurant. You also get porcelain plates and cups, no plastic dinnerware or plastic cutlery. This in itself is a reason for me to return, but besides the lovely breakfast the room was gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Ann

I needed a nights stay during a winter break ski trip. So glad I ventured a few miles south on VT 100 to the Wilmington Inn. The Inn was comfortable, tasteful, clean and well put together. Linens and towels sumptuous. Meg’s sampler breakfast was terrific! Charlie carried my bag up. Easy walk to local restaurants. Good food and friendly people from all over). Fresh water, tea, coffee and home baked cookies at all times. Thank you for the hospitality, Charlie and Meg! I’ll be back.

We LOVED our stay at The Wilmington Inn and are looking forward to coming back for another visit. We stayed in the family suite and had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and loved the Vermont Country breakfast. Our hosts were wonderful!

Really lovely. Innkeepers are friendly and the property has a smaller number of rooms so is quite peaceful. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the quiet and the multitude of board games. Charlie even had all the cars cleared of snow the morning after a big snowfall. Will be back for sure!!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Wilmington Inn. Charlie was there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the area was lovely and quiet. We were able to access a few nice hiking trails just steps from the property. Breakfast was delicious and we left feeling well-rested and well-fed!

Perfect place for an overnight stay close to Mount Snow. We booked the suite so the room was spacious and comfortable for three of us. We could easily walk to dinner in the evening and the made to order breakfast and homemade baked goods in the morning was the perfect finishing touch.

Breakfast in the morning is all homemade options. The room (I was in Jenny’s, I believe) was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I cannot recommend this inn highly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Wilmington Inn. Charlie was there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the area was lovely and quiet. We were able to access a few nice hiking trails just steps from the property. Breakfast was delicious and we left feeling well-rested and well-fed!

The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was wonderful. They provided options for breakfast so being able to make a choice made the meal better. The inn and the grounds were very tidy and well kept. They even had a fire made out front of the inn and provided supplies for s’mores. Great location to all the restaurants and shops in town within a very easy and short walk. Will come back again!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The inn was convenient for shopping at all the little Wilmington shops and the grounds were beautiful. Saw both foxes and wild turkeys there. The Apple cinnamon pancakes were delicious and Megan and Charlie were great hosts.

This is our third time here. Owners have a good memory. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. The communication is excellent. The place is beautiful and inviting. They even had a fire pit going which was really nice! We love it here! We will be back again!

The Wilmington Inn is just lovely. Megan and Charlie are perfect hosts. The Inn is in a perfect location to walk Wilmington Village, a short drive to Mt. Snow, Prospect Mt, Bennington and Brattleboro.

Perfect place for an overnight stay close to Mount Snow. We booked the suite so the room was spacious and comfortable for three of us. We could easily walk to dinner in the evening and the made to order breakfast and homemade baked goods in the morning was the perfect finishing touch.

We stayed in the adorable carriage house. The breakfast was exquisite. We had dinner at the Anchor and the lobster did not disappoint. The inn keeper made a fire the night we were there and we enjoyed the company of others along with s’mores!

The breakfast is delicious and you are served as if you are in a restaurant. You also get porcelain plates and cups, no plastic dinnerware or plastic cutlery. This in itself is a reason for me to return, but besides the lovely breakfast the room was gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Ann

This is one of the most charming stays I’ve ever had. The owners go above and beyond, you can tell how much they care about their property! Convient walking distance to downtown. The breakfast is AMAZING! Can’t wait to come back.

What a great place. The quintessential Vermont experience. Meghan and Charlie were the best. So helpful, thoughtful and fun. Very concerned with making the guest experience the best it can be. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicative—exactly the kind of warm hospitality you’d hope to find at a small Vermont inn. The only areas that could use some attention were our room in the carriage house and the coffee. The room was clean, but it felt quite dark and had a slightly musty smell. The carpet also appears to be well past its prime, and while everything was as clean as possible, replacing it would make the room feel much fresher and more inviting. The coffee was another disappointment, but fortunately that’s an easy improvement to make. On the bright side, there’s a wonderful café less than a three-minute walk away that serves excellent coffee, espresso drinks, and delicious bakery items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness of the staff. With a few updates, this inn could offer an even better guest experience.
