The Pelican Beach Hotel is amazing. It is quiet and the views are beautiful. The staff are amazing. Super nice and personable. Be sure to stop in and get some spa services from Kay. She is so sweet and does such a great job.

So close to the beach (private) come out of your room and walk a couple of steps and the beach is there🏖️ room was comfortable but old Bathroom needs a make over water pressure (none) DO NOT drink the water faucet in tub loose Towels changed daily but not the sheets they had rust stains which was not changed for the 4 nights we were there Also the beach towels also had rush on them Breakfast comes to your room daily have coffee and tea but don’t use the water buy bottle water no room service can only eat from 12-8p at the on site restaurant after it closes that’s it until the morning small store walking distance from resort quite expensive but if you want snacks water drinks that’s were you go

While this property is older, they have done a great job with making it look nice, welcoming, and appealing. The staff was so friendly and would make it a priority to say Hello when they saw you. The bartender and waitresses would remember our room and drinks to have ready for us when we asked. The view from the oceanfront rooms was breathtaking. You can sit on your private space to read, enjoy the sound of the waves just beyond, or even take a nap. They have a little tub of water to help clean off your feet before going into your room, and a mat just inside to wipe your feet on too. Breakfast was served to our room daily at the time we’d request, and they were always on time (even on the days the time was changed by us). The food at the Barracuda Bar was delicious, freshly made, and was convenient to just have charged to the room. The only place I’d recommend some updates is for better water pressure for the shower, but I understand theres only so much that can be done about that. I was very thankful for a hot shower to take nightly. I’d also recommend a little rinse off station after coming off the beach, and not just the tubs at each of the rooms. But again, I’m thankful they at least had that option. Overall this was a 5/5 for my wife and I. This was our first trip to the islands and it was very nice go have a place where there weren’t a ton of people, it was quiet, and you truly could peacefully relax all day.

Pelican Beach was a great place to stay and relax! The beach was literally at our doorstep, clean room and grounds with excellent service. Kay made our stay extra comfortable, she was prompt and friendly with any requests. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning at our requested time, which was a great perk. The Barracuda Beach Bar had good food and drinks onsite. We hope to return in the future!!

Perfect location for a full immersion in a Natural Paradise. Staff and owner extremely kind and welcoming. We needed a week of total relax and we found this little treasure. A small Spa and a small Beach Bar that serves lunch and dinners completed the experience. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Pelican Beach Hotel was exactly what we were looking for - clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxed. Our room was literally ten steps from the beach - and after spending some time on North Caicos we think it was the most beautiful beach on the island. The hotel is not a luxurious resort, but it has all the comforts that you will need - a clean room, huge bed, nice breakfast delivered to your room and a swimming pool. The owner is super nice and very helpful. For other meals you can either drive to one of a very few restaurants on the island or go to the Barracuda Bar on the property. Luckily, the Bar serves one of the best meals on the island and you will probably meet most of the tourists and many of the locals there. One thing that needs to be underlined is that North Caicos is really not a touristy place. „Many tourists” here mean meeting more than five people per day. The beach in front of the hotel is usually empty or there is a couple of tourists walking around. If you need clubs, fancy shops and restaurants to have a good time, stay in Provo. On the other hand, if you like to actually relax and distance yourself from a big city, North Caicos is the place to go. Renting a car at least for a part of the stay would be advisable - Al’s rental car company can deliver the car to your hotel or you can pick it up from the port, where the ferry lands.

Traveled to North Caicos on a whim because we couldn't find last-minute lodging on Provo for one of the nights on our trip. Pelican Beach was a perfect spot for us. The location is right on the beach. Room was clean. Service was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Called the hotel before arrival and they procured a taxi (get Mac with M&M if you can!) for us to pick us up from the ferry terminal. There is a small beach bar on-site that makes a good rum punch and has a small menu that is varied enough for anyone. Not much around so if you don't have a car you still have everything you need right here.

The hotel has the best beach on North Caicos! The room is located right by the ocean only a few steps away with an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise water 24/7! We felt like we are on our own private island... There is a bar/restaurant only a few steps away, which is the best restaurant in the area. The staff are all super accommodating and friendly, especially Grace who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel is owned by a very nice local family who were also extremely friendly. The hotel served breakfast every morning delivered to the room with an abundance of fresh fruit. I already miss that beautiful place. Will certainly be back!

The room was clean but a little dated. However, we had sea view right from our room. It was breathtaking and amazing. I especially want to shout out K for helping us feel at home. But all of the staff were great. You must have a car to get around because there is not much around the hotel. Loved this place. There was an on site restaurant but with limited options.

Donna and her staff are the most attentive and helpful people I know. One night my husband asked about the coconuts hanging from the trees and the next morning a staff member showed up at ou door with two of them. If you get the chance to reserve the Sea Fan room do it. It is actually an apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and cost less per night then any other hotel rooms.
Donna and her staff are the most attentive and helpful people I know. One night my husband asked about the coconuts hanging from the trees and the next morning a staff member showed up at ou door with two of them. If you get the chance to reserve the Sea Fan room do it. It is actually an apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and cost less per night then any other hotel rooms.

My stay here was amazing! I truly loved how quiet and secluded it was. Kay was truly the best and I recommend getting a massage while you’re there!

The most beautiful perfect spot on a gorgeous beach. Amazing. Lovely staff, all very kind, especially Kay. Delicious breakfasts every morning, brought to your room, different every day, terrific. The room is basic, older but clean. The location on the beach is the reason to stay here. Very peaceful.

The hotel is located in a remote, quiet area. The grounds of the property were well kept. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the beds in the room. The beds and pillows are awful!! It was like sleeping on the floor with rocks as pillows. The beds were very noisy and moved with the slightest motion. I really tried to make it work. Even placing a few towels over the pillows didn’t do anything. We had 6 pillows in our room for the two full size beds and they were all the same. It was disappointing spending such wonderful days then having to come back to such uncomfortable beds at the end of the day.

While this property is older, they have done a great job with making it look nice, welcoming, and appealing. The staff was so friendly and would make it a priority to say Hello when they saw you. The bartender and waitresses would remember our room and drinks to have ready for us when we asked. The view from the oceanfront rooms was breathtaking. You can sit on your private space to read, enjoy the sound of the waves just beyond, or even take a nap. They have a little tub of water to help clean off your feet before going into your room, and a mat just inside to wipe your feet on too. Breakfast was served to our room daily at the time we’d request, and they were always on time (even on the days the time was changed by us). The food at the Barracuda Bar was delicious, freshly made, and was convenient to just have charged to the room. The only place I’d recommend some updates is for better water pressure for the shower, but I understand theres only so much that can be done about that. I was very thankful for a hot shower to take nightly. I’d also recommend a little rinse off station after coming off the beach, and not just the tubs at each of the rooms. But again, I’m thankful they at least had that option. Overall this was a 5/5 for my wife and I. Our room was literally ten steps from the beach - and after spending some time on North Caicos we think it was the most beautiful beach on the island. The hotel is not a luxurious resort, but it has all the comforts that you will need - a clean room, huge bed, nice breakfast delivered to your room and a swimming pool. The owner is super nice and very helpful. For other meals you can either drive to one of a very few restaurants on the island or go to the Barracuda Bar on the property. Our family loved our 4 night stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean. AC worked great. The beach was phenomenal. Good food at the on site restaurant. Just be careful with all the mosquitoes on the island. Pack bug spray!

The hotel has the best beach on North Caicos! The room is located right by the ocean only a few steps away with an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise water 24/7! We felt like we are on our own private island... There is a bar/restaurant only a few steps away, which is the best restaurant in the area. The staff are all super accommodating and friendly, especially Grace who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel is owned by a very nice local family who were also extremely friendly. The hotel served breakfast every morning delivered to the room with an abundance of fresh fruit. I already miss that beautiful place. Will certainly be back!

What you see is what we get and it was delightful for us to wind down. The staff is very friendly and we didn’t move for a day and a half. Donna helped us get a rental to visit other beaches and eateries. We had a great time keeping it simple with beautiful beaches, great food and no crowds.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel for a couple nights exploring North and Middle Caicos. Loved the direct beach access, yummy breakfasts brought to our room, and convenient bar/grill on site for evening dinner and drinks. Staff at pelican beach was awesome. They have everything we needed for the week or we're able to get it for us. The whole island is very remote. We visited 7 different beaches each with their own unique properties from sand bar, hidden beach, snorkel, etc and barely saw anyone else all week. Locals on the island were all friendly.

Wow, if you want a quiet relaxing get away with a beautiful view and even more beautiful hosts this is your place. It takes an easy ferry ride to get there but is so worth it. I would recommend renting a car if you want to see the island. The restaurant on site is delicious and has very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach Hotel. The beach right in front of our room was our favorite spot to relax on the island. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast and the meals we purchased at the bar and grill were very good. We have no complaints and would definitely stay another week here. I would suggest reviewing the ferry schedule before booking your stay since it is the primary way to get to Middle Caicos.

The ferry runs only certain times so make sure your flight comes in early enough to make the ferry times. The staff was really friendly and super helpful. I was surprised no phones in the room but I guess this helps to give the relaxation aspect. Caution….mosquito/sand flies will eat you alive … bring bug repellent!

We only stayed for one night, so we had 2 days to explore north and middle Caicos. The hotel was perfect for us, we got a room with view to the ocean, it was amazing to wake up looking at that blue marvelous sea. We also really enjoyed the dinner (they have the best restaurant in North Caicos) and the breakfast served at our room.

I was very thankful for a hot shower to take nightly. I’d also recommend a little rinse off station after coming off the beach, and not just the tubs at each of the rooms. But again, I’m thankful they at least had that option. Overall this was a 5/5 for my wife and I. This was our first trip to the islands and it was very nice go have a place where there weren’t a ton of people, it was quiet, and you truly could peacefully relax all day.

The North Island is charming and has everything you need for a week or two away and the Pelican is the diamond in the rough with Donna and her staff making us feel like friends not customers. The onsite restaurant has a good selection of food and everything we ate was very good. The bar is right on the beach and is an awesome place to grab a drink and watch the waves roll in. If all you need is a beach, a clean comfortable room, home cooked food and a friendly atmosphere then this is the place for you…

Pelican Beach was a great place to stay and relax! The beach was literally at our doorstep, clean room and grounds with excellent service. Kay made our stay extra comfortable, she was prompt and friendly with any requests. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning at our requested time, which was a great perk. The Barracuda Beach Bar had good food and drinks onsite. We hope to return in the future!!

Pelican Beach Hotel was exactly what we were looking for - clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxed. Our room was literally ten steps from the beach - and after spending some time on North Caicos we think it was the most beautiful beach on the island. The hotel is not a luxurious resort, but it has all the comforts that you will need - a clean room, huge bed, nice breakfast delivered to your room and a swimming pool. The owner is super nice and very helpful. For other meals you can either drive to one of a very few restaurants on the island or go to the Barracuda Bar on the property. Luckily, the Bar serves one of the best meals on the island and you will probably meet most of the tourists and many of the locals there. One thing that needs to be underlined is that North Caicos is really not a touristy place. „Many tourists” here mean meeting more than five people per day. The beach in front of the hotel is usually empty or there is a couple of tourists walking around. If you need clubs, fancy shops and restaurants to have a good time, stay in Provo. On the other hand, if you like to actually relax and distance yourself from a big city, North Caicos is the place to go. Renting a car at least for a part of the stay would be advisable - Al’s rental car company can deliver the car to your hotel or you can pick it up from the port, where the ferry lands.

The location is right on the beach. Room was clean. Service was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Called the hotel before arrival and they procured a taxi (get Mac with M&M if you can!) for us to pick us up from the ferry terminal. There is a small beach bar on-site that makes a good rum punch and has a small menu that is varied enough for anyone. Not much around so if you don't have a car you still have everything you need right here.

The hotel has the best beach on North Caicos! The room is located right by the ocean only a few steps away with an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise water 24/7! We felt like we are on our own private island... There is a bar/restaurant only a few steps away, which is the best restaurant in the area. The staff are all super accommodating and friendly, especially Grace who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel is owned by a very nice local family who were also extremely friendly. The hotel served breakfast every morning delivered to the room with an abundance of fresh fruit. I already miss that beautiful place. Will certainly be back!

This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!

Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!
