Excellent resort, very clean and friendly helpful staff. We booked the club room, which entitled us to the club house where between 6-8pm you can have free drinks from good selection of spirits, wines and beers. Every evening we had live singer in the evening,A special shout out to Sangeeta who handled all our requests and queries promptly through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend

Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!.

Amazing property. I will need few more days to fully enjoy all facilities. However, a few things that I will like to point out - (1) Hotel was almost non-responsive few days before check-in. I expected more communication from the hotel and get our requests (2) Room service was very slow. You have to be very well planned with your room service requests. (3) Lift wasn't working occasionally (4) Few things would have been better like hair dryer electric connection (4) Restaurants need to provide more local cuisine. (6) Breakfast was very good and very prompt and thoughtful service (7) Pool service and experience was wonderful. Overall, I recommend and I would like to come back.

It is a beautiful property, with sea views, several activities, and dining options. Exceptional service levels. Staff are genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small strip of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

Great property overall with options to keep the kids occupied. The buffet breakfast had huge options… The on-site casino was great . Though they have a cover charge for entry , it covered dinner , drinks and entertainment ( dance singing performances)… which was decent. They provide drop off for kids while adults are in the casino… which worked out well. Overall a good experience.

Spectacular property where every room appears to have a view of the ocean. Our stay was short since for various reasons we had to vacate our previous hotel. The property does require a bit of walking if your room is in the areas further away from the reception. A golf cart is used at check-in and check-out, and based on a sign posted, they will drive you where you wish to go if you call, but they prefer you do not use the golf cart during the stay.

A very comfortable and relaxing experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms but let down by the "unpractical" bathroom design and features. For a family with kids in the same room, the bathroom is a bit uneasy as the door doesn\'t have a lock and to top it, the shower area has a fully transparent glass door!!! The design team needs to be called out for such an unpractical design (I wonder how it never got mentioned in any of the reviews). The bathroom aside, the access to the beach (with rocky sands) is good, making it like a private beach. The staff and the room service were exceptional.

We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

It was our anniversary so we chose to stay here as the Hyatts never disappoint. This hotel however exceeded our expectations! The staff are amazing and truly know how to deliver a great customer experience. Deepmala was great and dealt with our issue regarding our room straight away and then chkd in regularly with us to ensure everything was perfect. The property is beautiful and a short drive from panaji, the town centre. Rooms were stunning and clean with a huge bathroom. Overall an amazing property and the best stay!

From the moment we arrived, the phenomenal staff made us feel welcome and at ease, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. After a challenging journey from London fraught with visa issues, my anxiety vanished the moment we stepped into the resort. The warm smiles and genuine care of the staff were truly comforting. Great hotel- clean and tidy at all times. Food was consistently good at all restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable with attentive house keeping. Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system. Otherwise a lovely hotel and would come again.

One of the finest properties in Goa. It’s literally at the Bambolim beach. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious as well with a good shower. Their restaurants(all 3 + bar) are really good! The food and the drinks are awesome. Their Bar Star - Kush is an amazing Mixologist! I’d highly recommend trying his cocktails! If you are looking to stay somewhere around the centre of the city, then this is an ideal hotel! The staff is courteous and always ready to help! The breakfast spread was really good too!

Taxi Service is super expensive. Also there is no sofa or sitting are on any of the floor . Rooms are average, nothing special. We can get these kind of room in 3 star property too. Overall good service , average breakfast and Dinner. I wouldn't go again.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. Very high standards it was just an excellent experience.My Family and I had a great time. Spectacular property where every room appears to have a view of the ocean. Our stay was short since for various reasons we had to vacate our previous hotel. The property does require a bit of walking if your room is in the areas further away from the reception. A golf cart is used at check-in and check-out, and based on a sign posted, they will drive you where you wish to go if you call, but they prefer you do not use the golf cart during the stay.

A very comfortable and relaxing experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms but let down by the "unpractical" bathroom design and features. For a family with kids in the same room, the bathroom is a bit uneasy as the door doesn\'t have a lock and to top it, the shower area has a fully transparent glass door!!! The design team needs to be called out for such an unpractical design (I wonder how it never got mentioned in any of the reviews). The bathroom aside, the access to the beach (with rocky sands) is good, making it like a private beach. The staff and the room service were exceptional.

Amazing property. I will need few more days to fully enjoy all facilities. However, a few things that I will like to point out - (1) Hotel was almost non-responsive few days before check-in. I expected more communication from the hotel and get our requests (2) Room service was very slow. You have to be very well planned with your room service requests. (3) Lift wasn't working occasionally (4) Few things would have been better like hair dryer electric connection (4) Restaurants need to provide more local cuisine. (6) Breakfast was very good and very prompt and thoughtful service (7) Pool service and experience was wonderful. Overall, I recommend and I would like to come back.

We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional.

The property itself was beautiful but I found the staff were not attentive with me having to prompt them several times. The Grand Hyatt team did their utmost to rectify any issues we had however for a five star hotel it is let down at times by the front line staff.

Never been to Goa before. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel for my stay. The property is amazing. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to. The rooms and service were amazing. I have nothing negative to say. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Harish from the Dining Room was amazing! Gaurav from the travel desk made it easy for me to book a car to sightsee and have me great suggestions. Also the driver Sanjay from the hotel was amazing. The whole team made my stay very pleasant

I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system. Otherwise a lovely hotel and would come again.

One of the finest properties in Goa. It’s literally at the Bambolim beach. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious as well with a good shower. Their restaurants(all 3 + bar) are really good! The food and the drinks are awesome. Their Bar Star - Kush is an amazing Mixologist! I’d highly recommend trying his cocktails! If you are looking to stay somewhere around the centre of the city, then this is an ideal hotel! The staff is courteous and always ready to help! The breakfast spread was really good too!

Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small strip of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up

Amazing: • food • room • facilities Not quite 5*: • location • service The hotel is huge and impressive, and the place is full of staff. But the service is variable. People really want to help you and some of the staff are super ‘on it’ and efficient. Others, not so much. When we arrived we were taken to the wrong room - a mistake with the number. Then the tv didn’t work. Coffee and tea machine means a kettle - no coffee machine. The hydrotherapy pool wasn’t working - when I asked, the staff member showed me I had to turn it on myself on the switch behind the plastic cover on the wall (where you’d assume public shouldn’t be flicking switches). We asked about an ATM on site and two staff members told us where to go, but there was none, which front of house staff confirmed when we asked. When a payment didn’t go through at the pool bar, later in the day a member of staff messaged me from their personal number on my WhatsApp. I had to tell them multiple times it wasn’t a good time to come to collect payment - and was it really professional to be messaging me from their personal WhatsApp? I had another message during the stay from another staff member also on their personal WhatsApp, and it just seemed a bit odd and not 5*. Also, what about GDPR? On the other hand, came across amazing staff too. The spa treatments were great, and the food! Note: the property is adjacent to the ocean, but there isn’t really beach access, there is a wall.
