We stayed in this hotel a few days before this booking and everything went well. This time unfortunately the room had very strong cigarette smell, the staff was very unhelpful, unresponsive and barely looked or talked with us during check in or in other moments. Other than that, it is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and good breakfast.

I loved staying here in Aktau. The staff was so kind and the room was beautiful. Looking out at the sunset over the Caspian Sea on the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. I needed a visa to Azerbaijan printed out and the front desk was happy to oblige. I think Aktau is a great place to visit and recommend more foreign tourists make it a priority. You will have a great time here and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Excelente custo-benefício. O quarto é ótimo, com uma boa varanda e banheiro completo com banheira e chuveiro. O hotel ainda oferece lavagem de roupa gratuita. O staff foi sempre muito simpático e atencioso.
