The hotel is not close to anything viable such as dining or nightlife. This is important because the hotel itself does not contain any nightlife whatsoever. They have a main dining room and another restaurant with similar food, but no stand alone bar or lounge area. Guests are not able to drink outside the dining area or anywhere within the common area, or bring your own alcohol that’s bought from outside. There is ongoing construction which can make noise and become a nuisance especially with only one set of elevator banks. The rooms are nice and cozy, pretty updated. Staff was nice and accommodating and food was good as well.

Very nice hotel! We thought this hotel would be close to the airport per the map on Hotels.com but it was not. It was 30 min away. They are adding on to this hotel, so the lobby area was cold, but the room was warm and clean with a nice view of the city. The bathroom display was a little rough around the edges. Otherwise a surprisingly nice hotel for the price!

Seepage on the walls, stagnant water in the bathroom. Fungus smell in the room. Renovation all around the hotel. Felt like the hotel across Delhi railway station. Staff were very good. Amazing breakfast options.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. The check in and checkout process was very long. I needed to wait for an an hour for check in and then also wrong room was provided. The employee at check in were not well trained and they kept on asking stuffs from each other on the process. I came from Dallas to delhi after a 24 hours flight with two kids (infant) . They were tired and cranky but the check in process took forever. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel. Rooms had mosquitoes. The checkout also took around 25 minutes. The receptionist was not able to charge money from the hold they put on my card and was telling me that they would like to charge again from my credit card and refund the hold after they figure out what’s wrong with the deposit or hold.

My parents stayed there for one night because of a layover and the service was terrible. Their bathroom was dirty and the wash basin was clogged. When they called hotel desk no one showed up to clean it. Carpet in the room was dirty as well. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel itself is great. We arrived late around 10 pm for checkin, it was smooth. Our requests to have the room ready with the pullout (traveling for 12 plus hrs and just wanted to sleep as soon as we got there) was not complete but once in the room the staff was efficient and friendly. The buffet in terms of food variety was good but quality is sketch. All days when we came for the buffet, the dining hall staff need some serious training. We were navigating around staff carrying fly swatting equipment, (yes there were a lot big and small flies) brooms. It was disturbing to see more than half of the food open and being open for the flies to feast on. The dining hall staff needs some serious courtesy training. They all seemed unhappy and super stressed working there. We were there for four nights and noticed this on all the mornings. The room was really good, pillows, sheets are clean. The sound proofing is superb, our room was across from the elevators and while concerned about the late night noise, that concern was unfounded. The house keeping staff was extremely friendly and fast. Huge contrast to the dining area and the front office.

I dono how it’s rated 5 star , it’s so run down and toilet so dirty doors n cupboard look so damaged breakfast nothing great .i supposed to return on 20th after my trip i cancelled the hotel not worrh your money lobby looks ok but corridor horrible I rate as 2 star

Translucent bathroom walls are the biggest disappointment. I was unable to control the room thermostat, it was extremely cold and got me sick. Dispite calling several times and fixing (so called) the issue room was freezing, finally I had to turn off the thermostat. No room for hanging clothes, such a tiny closet at the entrance of the room which I couldn’t use properly for my clothes. Phone are collecting dust, I had to clean it before use. Table was also dirty. After taking shower, water was everywhere, drain system is bad (I had personally complained about this).

We stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka from 27th to 30th July 2025 and had a pleasant experience. The hospitality was warm, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. They even provided us with an extra bed, anticipating our comfort which was a thoughtful gesture. The rooms were spacious, with a modern and well maintained bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt, efficient, and well organised. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff there were friendly and helpful making the experience enjoyable for the whole family. The food was good though a bit on the expensive side. That said, there are nearby options available and opting for the breakfast only package can be a practical choice. The hotel’s location in Dwarka is slightly far from the airport and other major city attractions so it’s important to plan for extra travel time especially during peak traffic hours. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities, friendly service, and family-friendly amenities.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. So, I have been to this hotel before and never had any issues. This time was different . During my stay, I needed another room for work as I am from Canada and it’s day night difference. Husband wanted to sleep and I had my meetings scheduled. Went to reception and asked a gentleman if they have a room available. He said NO, I checked online and it was showing availability . I showed him that and still he said, It’s not in his system. I said, I will book online and would you be able to check me in? He completely denied. So, I had no choice but use the booked room for my appointment . It was around 11 pm! So, hopefully he will do better for others!

The check in and checkout process was very long. I needed to wait for an an hour for check in and then also wrong room was provided. The employee at check in were not well trained and they kept on asking stuffs from each other on the process. I came from Dallas to delhi after a 24 hours flight with two kids (infant) . They were tired and cranky but the check in process took forever. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel. Rooms had mosquitoes. The checkout also took around 25 minutes. The receptionist was not able to charge money from the hold they put on my card and was telling me that they would like to charge again from my credit card and refund the hold after they figure out what’s wrong with the deposit or hold.

Terrible services at this hotel specially the front desk staff and duty manager. I stayed and asked to pay since mine was pay on arrival. they said its paid already. I left my number in case they need me to pay. Within 15 min of leaving hotel got call asking to pay. They sent me link with wrong amount (lower than actual) which i asked to correct. After paying, I confirmed back to duty manager who confirmed payment was received and he will organize receipt soon. But it did not come. I chased via call and got an email but receipt was missing. Pathetic service, staff bringing bad name to one of premier hotel company in India...

We stayed in the family room, the staff were so accommodating- really appreciated their help through the requests we had. Ground floor staff always greeted us with smiles and so much kindness. Room service was top notch, same with house keeping. Beds are comfortable and nice to sleep in.

I requested (through Expedia chat) early check-in a couple of days prior to my arrival and when I reached the hotel they said that Expedia did not inform or communicate that to them. Now I am not sure whether it was Expedia or WelcomHotel issue but I had to wait for more than 90 minutes to get a room.

The hotel is not close to anything viable such as dining or nightlife. This is important because the hotel itself does not contain any nightlife whatsoever. They have a main dining room and another restaurant with similar food, but no stand alone bar or lounge area. Guests are not able to drink outside the dining area or anywhere within the common area, or bring your own alcohol that’s bought from outside. There is ongoing construction which can make noise and become a nuisance especially with only one set of elevator banks. The rooms are nice and cozy, pretty updated. Staff was nice and accommodating and food was good as well.

何度か宿泊しましたが、インド国内の他ホテルに比べて十分清潔です。お湯もたっぷりでます。Dwarka Sector10 の駅から徒歩１０分程度で、アクセスは便利ですが、裏にあったスーパーが小さくなり、ブティックなどの店舗もなくなって寂れてきた感はあります。外観も古びてきた感じですが宿泊価格はどんどん上がっています。

Devo essere sincero, ero molto scettico per quanto riguarda il livello degli hotel a Nuova Delhi ma devo dire che, a parte i dintorni dell’hotel che non sono in condizioni molto gradevoli, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall’eccellenza di questo hotel. Camere enorme molto silenziosa a dispetto della vicinanza dell’aeroporto. Due ristoranti dove si può mangiare in modo eccellente sia alla carta che a buffet. Molto comodo perché a 200 m dalla metro metropolitana con la quale si può andare in ogni parte di nuova Delhi. La colazione eccellente e super abbondante con ogni ben di Dio. Sotto all’hotel c’è un supermercato molto comodo e anche un altro ristorante e una pasticceria ma credo che non facciano parte dell’hotel. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

Very nice hotel! We thought this hotel would be close to the airport per the map on Hotels.com but it was not. It was 30 min away. They are adding on to this hotel, so the lobby area was cold, but the room was warm and clean with a nice view of the city. The bathroom display was a little rough around the edges. Otherwise a surprisingly nice hotel for the price!

This property is located in sector 10 very close to Dwarka metro station - just 5-7 mins walk. So that is very convinient if you aren’t a business traveler. The food in restaurant is pretty expensive - 2000rs buffet and 1300 rs breakfast pp. there is a mall being built just behind the hotel. There is a pharmacy and grocery and a tiny cafe in that mall underground. Food is much cheaper there. They don’t deliver to the hotel room. But you can walk easily. Cab services to hotel are pretty good and staff of professional compared to the Gurgaon property. Security at the hotel is very good. Room services are good. The hotel has nothing at walking distance. There is a gas station and a tiny pharmacy just outside. But overall I found this property very good and convenient for travel.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and service staff is very prompt when it comes to customer requests! Upon checking in, I noticed that the room had a blue rug all around the bed. Being allergic to dust mites, I get allergic symptoms close to used carpeting, rugs! The hotel promptly removed the carpet once I told them about it. Cleaning staff is amazing and they give you plenty of towels and at least 8 small bottles of natural spring water every time they clean the room. On the negative side, the breakfast menu hardly ever changes. I had stayed for a week but got tired of seeing the same things at breakfast everyday. Secondly, the hotel has a thick-pile carpet in the hallways of each floor. Given that the entire hotel interior is covered by a glass roof, allergens and dust mites can build up in the hallway carpets and those are impossible to remove/clean! The hotel should get rid of the hallway carpets and replace those with a tile surface.

I stayed one night to visit the Taj Mahal. I think the price is reasonable for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is clean and the food in the restaurant is delicious and not too spicy. However, the live performance in the restaurant was so loud that we could not have a proper conversation. I asked the staff to lower the volume, but they did not improve the situation. This made the dining experience a disappointment.

The hotel itself is great. We arrived late around 10 pm for checkin, it was smooth. Our requests to have the room ready with the pullout (traveling for 12 plus hrs and just wanted to sleep as soon as we got there) was not complete but once in the room the staff was efficient and friendly. The buffet in terms of food variety was good but quality is sketch. All days when we came for the buffet, the dining hall staff need some serious training. We were navigating around staff carrying fly swatting equipment, (yes there were a lot big and small flies) brooms. It was disturbing to see more than half of the food open and being open for the flies to feast on. The dining hall staff needs some serious courtesy training. They all seemed unhappy and super stressed working there. We were there for four nights and noticed this on all the mornings. The room was really good, pillows, sheets are clean. The sound proofing is superb, our room was across from the elevators and while concerned about the late night noise, that concern was unfounded. The house keeping staff was extremely friendly and fast. Huge contrast to the dining area and the front office.

Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30 to 35 minutes to check in. During this time, my young son needed to use the toilet, so I took him to the accessible toilet. Once inside, we became locked in for around 10 minutes. There was no mobile signal and no staff available to help. I had to bang on the door repeatedly to get someone's attention. When a member of staff eventually arrived, they did not know how to open the door from the outside and had to call for additional assistance. After some time, another staff member arrived and managed to open the door. We only received a brief apology and there was very little concern shown for what was quite a stressful experience, especially with a young child. After this incident, we then had to wait another 10 minutes to complete the check-in process. We had booked the hotel to get some rest before our flight, as we were travelling with our two children aged 4 and 7,we were unable to relax as planned. We checked in at approximately 4:30pm and checked out around 11:00pm to catch our flight. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay and found the experience extremely disappointing.
Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30 to 35 minutes to check in. During this time, my young son needed to use the toilet, so I took him to the accessible toilet. Once inside, we became locked in for around 10 minutes. There was no mobile signal and no staff available to help. I had to bang on the door repeatedly to get someone's attention. When a member of staff eventually arrived, they did not know how to open the door from the outside and had to call for additional assistance. After some time, another staff member arrived and managed to open the door. We only received a brief apology and there was very little concern shown for what was quite a stressful experience, especially with a young child. After this incident, we then had to wait another 10 minutes to complete the check-in process.
