Questo era uno dei miei alberghi preferiti in Medio Oriente negli ultimi 15 anni. Adesso purtroppo mostra tutti i segni del tempo: ha decisamente bisogno di un refurbishing totale. Le camere sono vecchie, il legno è rovinato. Avevo prenotato una stanza Delux, ma le condizioni della stanza non sono per niente delux. Anche la qualità del ristorante Aramede è scesa molto. E lo dico con molta tristezza perchè amavo questo albergo.

Tolle Zimmer mit super housekeeping, das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend und super abwechslungsreich! Ein schöner Pool auf dem Dach lädt zum Entspannen ein. Dank uber ist alles schnell und günstig zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und bis bald mal wieder...

The staff was perfect, helpful and top customer service, nothing to add on the service. But two issues i faced not happy about. The room smell like a hospital when i entered and smell doesn't comes off after sprayed air freshener everyday. The night club noise till early morning during the week days! Other than that everything was great especially the breakfast and the customer service.
