金額を考えると、清潔さは許される範囲かなと思いました。 部屋はシンプルでしたが、冷蔵庫とレンジがあり、便利でした。トコジラミとの話もでましたが、部屋にはいませんでした。 部屋は毎日ゴミ捨て程度のサービス。 トイレとシャワーは、1と4と5階のみでしたが、5階のすぐ前の部屋でラッキーでした。許される範囲内の清潔さです。 怖い思いや困った思いはありませんでした。 地下鉄も歩ける範囲にいろいろあり、スーパーやコインランドリーもあり、便利なところにあります。マレ地区や市役所辺りにも歩いて行けます。 何を第一に考えるかでホテルを考えればいいと思います。ホテルは安く、その分他にお金をかけたい人には検討できるホテルだと思います。

一分錢一分貨，巴黎市區來講，房價是很便宜，交通很方便，近地鐵站，但是沒有wifi，沒獨立洗手間，沒有洗澡間，要到房間外面去，如果你是獨遊，還有是冬季時間去的話，這酒店還可以的，因為這酒店沒冷氣空調，主要好處就是房價便宜，位置方便，沒其他。

Definitely not for everyone but it was a good budget choice. Restrooms only every other level. No elevator. Mediocre bedding. But location was great, cleanliness was adequate, and staff was helpful.

地下鉄の駅から近く、アクセスは良いです。 5thフロア(日本でいう6階)の部屋でしたが、エレベーターがないので、階段で行くのが大変でした。 wifiはありますが、あまりにも遅くて、使えません。

Separated bathrooms worked OK. Doors to 2 toilet rooms were hard to lock and unlock. Very sticky doors. I told them; they said why fix it since they will do a big remodel in a couple of months. Why? because you could get locked in the toilet closet on the second floor (premiere etage) if you don't have strong hands to unlock the warped door ! Otherwise very helpful with taxi delays.

For a solo traveller only staying 3 days, it was a perfect little room to call home. Small and cozy, room was pretty snug but had a bed, sink, table, fridge, microwave, and a big window overlooking the streets of paris. Not great if you get claustrophobic or have a lot of kids running around, but the staff was very friendly - i talked to 3 different people at the desk and they all spoke english, bathrooms are clean (but toilets/showers are only every other floor) and relatively quiet/well kept. I loved it there!

Ouverture de la réception 24h/24h est vraiment appréciable. La proximité avec le métro est également très appréciable.

La ubicavion esta bien es lo unico bueno. Costo beneficio no vale la pena. El hotel tiene 6 pisos no tiene ascensor y el lugar donde dejsr las maletas esta lejos de la recepcion y lo dejas en la sala de espera. De los peores hoteles. Y el check out fue 1 hora despues

南京虫が出ました。泊まる方はご注意を。 嫌な予感がして電気をつけたまま長袖にジーンズを履いて寝ましたが刺されました。 3泊しましたがタオルの交換はなく、シャワーもマットがびしょびしょで不衛生でした。マレ地区に歩いて行けたり駅近だったりと立地は良いです。

J étais dans la chambre 13 et des punaises de lit ont gâche mon séjour... N arrêtant pas de me gratter et pensant que c était des moustiques j ai regardé les critiques de l hôtel et j ai vu qu il y avait des punaises de lit... Il me restait 3 nuits... Je suis allé signalé le fait à la réception qui m ont donné une autre chambre au 4e étage et m ont même surclassé... Je n en ai pas eu d autres mais j ai passé mes nuits a allumer la lumière et me gratter... A noter que les sdb communes sont très sales, les wc cassés.. C est très bruyant... Beaucoup de jeunes qui rentrent a point d heure sans aucun respect.. A noter l amabilité et la compréhension du personnel. La localisation est bonne mais le prix s explique

The room smelled terrible, felt like I was breathing in fumes from a power plant. We had no linnen for our quilt and when we asked for it we instead got a blanket that smelled like smoke and sweat. Never the less the area was nice and the price was nice and budget friendly.

It is not a clean place at all. Also, there is no internet over there. You try to connect but it never connected! I would not come back at all!

Small basic room, good location but unfortunately r14 was very infested with bedbugs and am still having affects five days later...

WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Das heißt zwar Hotel, aber in Wahrheit ist ein altes Haus.

the noise is incredibly deafening, i didn’t sleep through any of my nights. you can hear anything happening in the next room. things you don’t want to hear.

You get what you pay for. It is decently clean, maybe better than expected and especially the toilet is ok. However, the bed is very uncomfortable and the room is so loud that it feels like the people passing in the stairs or in the adjacent rooms are shouting inside yours. This is by far the worst problem of the hostel. The staff is ok overall, but some members do not speak English, which is not acceptable. The metro is two minutes from the hostel.

Rooms are really small but do the job. They have a TV, fridge, sink, and the bathroom with showers was right next door in the hallway. Relative to how expensive all the lodging in Paris is, this place was fine.

one gets what one over pays for. ) it’s Paris. TV didn’t work, Wifi didn’t work, reception helped get the optional one. Cheaper hotels in Paris, right now, are harder to find with only a week or so to reserve. Room was sparse but clean. The fridge even worked.

This is a unique hotel because it has a tv, microwave, and refrigerator.

Cute, simple old room with sink, fine for the money, but can hear neighbours snoring through the wall. Talking almost like you’re in the same room.

This hotel is the basic of basics. Poor lighting, terrible toilets, tv that don’t work.. The location is the ONLY good thing. Everything about the hotel is terrible.

Only gripe were there was a dip in the middle of the bed so didn't make for the best night sleep, there was no towel in the room either. Other than that was fine, room was fine and staff on reception were very helpful

Super bien que la habitación tenía un Refri y microondas y lavabo, super útil para viajeros, nuestra habitación fue con baño compartido así que para ser hostal está súper bien. Lo malo es que la cama es súper vieja, no podía dormir porque me rodaba al centro de la cama, estaba tan vieja, desgastada y deforme la cama 😅😅.

Great value for the price. The staff was courteous, the hotel and the room were very clean, especially the bathroom. I'd stay again there.

I've stayed at this hotel for many years and for long periods of time and was always happy. This time, not too happy. Toilet not working and locked off and still not repaired by the time I left. Toilet down a bit further in room with shower with a wet floor - they need to put down some towels and room smelled of mildew as it needs better ventilation and to be aired out. This was a cold October and heat is turned on automatically and no heat. Despite being given a blanket, my items such as my cane were very cold in the morning. TV did't work. I did mentioned this every morning and afternoon and nothing done to remedy issues.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for many days but this time it was not so pleasant. Toilet in hallway did not work properly and floor wet. Finally closed for a long time for repairs so I had to go down another fight of steps to use that toilet. In that room where showers are taken, floor wet and towel should have been place there. Smell of mildrew as they close the down which I left open to help air things out. Heating is not turned on yet and they said it was automatic and too early to go on, but this was a cold October - it seems colder that usual. TV didn't work as no remote and no buttons to turn on TV. Room cold but got an extra blanket. Still cold in the morning by just feeling my cane and damp. Hallway damp and you could feel it on the bannister. I stayed for about 10 days. While I reported things every morning and evening to reception, when there was a new receptionist at the desk, they seemed to be unaware of these issues. I wrote an email asking for some reimbursement and haven't heard back from management yet.

We stayed here and it had everything we needed. Great location (great access to public transport too). Though it may get cold in the winter, the beds are really comfy and staff are lovely so we slept great. Great cheap place to stay. Also we asked them to keep our bags after check out before we left Paris and they were great about it.

Staff spoke good english. Very friendly. Had a bottle opener when we accidently bought a wine with a cork. Were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out. Quiet at night. The stairs are a bit tricky to navigate. Tight spirals. Second floor upwards they slope in the middle. Would stay here again.

Começando pelo atendimento de check in que foi pessimo , e queriam me passar um golpe pra eu pagar 60dolares de taxa, já estranhei por ser em dólar e lá euro, e já sabia que eu teria que pagar lá mas no comprovante de acomodação não passava de 3€, quando comentei se fez de desentendido. O quarto estava até que ok, algumas manchas no lenços mas até que nada demais. É um prédio antigo então não tem elevadores e eu fiquei no último andar, horrível descer e subir toda hora. Os banheiros divididos até que estavam ok, um deles colado no meu quarto, isso é bom e ruim pois toda hora tem barulhos.

The hotel was clean and safe. The staff were courteous, however, I booked the stay two weeks in advance and ordered and paid for a room with twin beds for the two of us. I was given a double bed room and when we complained we were told told that on the fifth floor there was a twin bed room available for only one night. Since we were staying for two nights, this option was declined. Because of this, I will not recommend the hotel to anyone, nor will I stay there again.

Llegué antes de las 14 horas y le pedí que me prestaran un vaso que lo tenían enfrente en una mesa y no quisieron. Estaba con mi hijo de 10 años y necesitaba el vaso para tomar un poco de agua y el recepcionista me dijo que no. Realmente un tipo que no debía estar ahí. Sólo les pedí el vaso el agua lo tenía en una botella.

This hotel is convenient to public transportation. There are plenty of food options to choose from.

You get what you pay for. Good sleep, walkable to subway station and also lovely neighbourhood.

The main selling features are the location and price. Other than that the hotel is old and unkept. Good neighbourhood and public transit options nearby. And a short walk to Notre Dame.

It is near netro station so good transport link.with the rest od Paris, Voltaire station is just around the corner, Bastille around 10 min walk.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Paris, très pratique L hôtel en lui même est très simple, la chambre aussi mais le tarif est très bas, donc rien à redire.

The hotel is in an excellent area, with so much to do and eat all around you and you can get to many parts of Paris on foot easily which we loved. The downside is that the area around the hotel is loud, and you have to share a bathroom with other tenants- and there are very few amenities, not even hand soap is provided. But overall, the hotel feels safe and mostly clean.

The hotel is very very basic but has an awesome location. The rooms closer to the street are naturally going to be noisy but i liked being able to open the windows. I had a fan and thats all i needed..it was not hot during my stay...i didnt mind the shared bathrooms because i was only there 2 nights and spent my days in the city. They were clean and sanitized....If your picky this is not your place but i found it to be fine for 2 nights...the price was good for the location and there are plenty of stores and food nearby
