The villas themselves were dated. The beds were rock hard. The parking areas and drive thru areas were super narrow. The cafe was supposed to open at 8 am and wasn’t opened, even after checking at 8:30. No beach to go down to like advertised. Overall extremely disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.

My idea of going to Lake George is to go swimming in Lake George and The Villas allow you to do so very conveniently. It has a nice lake side area in a pleasant cove. It is sited between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing and via the Diamond Point Road easy access to the Rte 28 and the Adirondaks. Finding places to eat can easily be expanded to include Glens Falls area Lake Luzerne and Warrensburg. It is also nicely placed as a base for hiking and bike riding in the mountains. The Villas is a busy place during the day since it also is the home of the Thunderbird marina where you can rent a craft to go out on the lake. At night the grounds are quiet and well lit and we found our fellow customers to be quiet and respectful. The grounds and our rooms were clean thanks to a dutiful staff. I enjoyed my stay.

The property needs many updates and repairs. Nothing to really do within walking distance and definitely needs the parking area is in a need of some major repairs. No Wi-Fi within the room and definitely needs more work.

This was a perfect location to stay at when visiting Lake George. Just a few minutes from the village! We loved the pool and private beach including the kayaks guests can use for free. The grounds are very pretty and our suite was clean. My only complaint was that the stove in our room didn't have all burners functioning. And a few of the chairs by the pool have seen better days. But all in all, we would come back!

At first I was disappointed because I was expecting a big historical inn and it is more of a motel. That being said, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and the lake was lovely. $270 where we are from would be a very nice hotel. While the room was not beautiful, the lake was. We spent most of our time by the water and the sunset was really nice.

This was our second stay & we loved it! Their property is at a beautiful part of the lake! I paddle boarded for hours! The couple who runs it are very friendly! Maybe consider a king sized bed??

This is the perfect location for all! Private lake access with an abundance of kayaks, row boats, jet skis etc. Large pool open until nightfall, clean facility, room was well kept, staff was so nice and everyone was friendly. A few miles away from the main strip if that’s your preference or a few miles in the opposite direction to Bolton Landing which is a little slower paced. We will definitely be visiting again next year.

This property did not have the amenities advertised on Expedia such as cafe/ restaurant, no daily room cleaning or new towels. Room was advertised for 4 people, it had one couch to sit on 1 wine glass and 2 coffee cups very few utensils and pots even though it said it was an efficiency unit it was not. It was not very clean when we checked in, we found trash between couch cushions. Bathroom had no place to hang wet towels after using them. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked loudly when you moved while sleeping.

We had a great stay at the Villas. Our unit was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our long weekend. The hosts were friendly and helpful. One of the best properties on the Lake and we plan to be back again next year.

While i did arrive late the office was closed. No coffee on site Lake front acess is good but room was outdated. No excuses are necessary It is what it is. Overpriced for what u get. Ppl where nice but that doesnt solve issues

There are about 15 villas . The pictures are representing the only one which waterfront. The rest are not like that. So I would say there is no guaranty to get what shown by the pictures !

My idea of going to Lake George is to go swimming in Lake George and The Villas allow you to do so very conveniently. It has a nice lake side area in a pleasant cove. It is sited between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing and via the Diamond Point Road easy access to the Rte 28 and the Adirondaks. Finding places to eat can easily be expanded to include Glens Falls area Lake Luzerne and Warrensburg. It is also nicely placed as a base for hiking and bike riding in the mountains. The Villas is a busy place during the day since it also is the home of the Thunderbird marina where you can rent a craft to go out on the lake. At night the grounds are quiet and well lit and we found our fellow customers to be quiet and respectful. The grounds and our rooms were clean thanks to a dutiful staff. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay at the Villas. Our unit was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our long weekend. The hosts were friendly and helpful. One of the best properties on the Lake and we plan to be back again next year.

This was a perfect location to stay at when visiting Lake George. Just a few minutes from the village! We loved the pool and private beach including the kayaks guests can use for free. The grounds are very pretty and our suite was clean. My only complaint was that the stove in our room didn't have all burners functioning. And a few of the chairs by the pool have seen better days. But all in all, we would come back!

At first I was disappointed because I was expecting a big historical inn and it is more of a motel. That being said, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and the lake was lovely. $270 where we are from would be a very nice hotel. While the room was not beautiful, the lake was. We spent most of our time by the water and the sunset was really nice.

This is the perfect location for all! Private lake access with an abundance of kayaks, row boats, jet skis etc. Large pool open until nightfall, clean facility, room was well kept, staff was so nice and everyone was friendly. A few miles away from the main strip if that’s your preference or a few miles in the opposite direction to Bolton Landing which is a little slower paced. We will definitely be visiting again next year.

While i did arrive late the office was closed. No coffee on site Lake front acess is good but room was outdated. No excuses are necessary It is what it is. Overpriced for what u get. Ppl where nice but that doesnt solve issues

This property did not have the amenities advertised on Expedia such as cafe/ restaurant, no daily room cleaning or new towels. Room was advertised for 4 people, it had one couch to sit on 1 wine glass and 2 coffee cups very few utensils and pots even though it said it was an efficiency unit it was not. It was not very clean when we checked in, we found trash between couch cushions. Bathroom had no place to hang wet towels after using them. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked loudly when you moved while sleeping.

The villas themselves were dated. The beds were rock hard. The parking areas and drive thru areas were super narrow. The cafe was supposed to open at 8 am and wasn’t opened, even after checking at 8:30. No beach to go down to like advertised. Overall extremely disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.

Owners were very nice. The rooms are what you would expect in Lake George. The driveway was ripped up and a little hard to navigate. Pool had a leak, out of order. But all in all not a bad place.

Our stay, it was awesome.We had cabin twenty eight, which had a porch view of the lake bed, was extremely comfortable , the suite had everything you needed for a long weekend or even a week. Everything was clean. Some things could have been updated, but it worked its purpose for us. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
