Remote check in a bit messy

Beautiful log cabin with kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. Delicious breakfast.

We have stayed there twice. Both times we had issues with the keypad system. Otherwise very good.

Cabin was clean and very welcoming feeling. It was nice and peaceful.

Waited an hour trying to get checked in. Lady on the phone didn’t offer to come greet me, let me into the office (closed at 8- I checked in at 8:38 pm and told her I need to badly use the restroom!). Blamed poor internet for not letting me get into my room but made no attempt other than “sending a check in text” to assist me. Was VERY rude with me when I requested to cancel stating, “I guess if you can’t wait a few minutes to get checked in!” I had waited FIFTY THREE minutes at this point. I will not attempt to stay here again!
