I really wanted to like this hotel, when we got there the manager had not set up a room for us (I guess he hadn’t checked Hotels.con to see that we had a booking) despite the fact we had booked a week in advanced. Because of this the only room he could put us in was the “extra” room that they usually don’t rent out. It was right under the stairs and by the ice machine, the ice machine was so loud during the night that we couldn’t leave the window open and there was a lot of foot traffic. I wouldn’t stay here alone.

This is a small motel located on El Camino, good location. We stayed so that we could be close to a surgery center. Room was clean except for a small piece of trash left on the nightstand. The bed was kind of lumpy and hard but we both slept well enough. Our room was set back on the property, so noise wasn’t an issue. It’s within walking distance of Iberia, a fabulous little Tapas bar/Spanish restaurant. It was fine for one night.

The bed was kind of lumpy and hard but we both slept well enough. Our room was set back on the property, so noise wasn’t an issue. When you walked on the bathroom floors they were very sticky, my slipper stuck to the floors. The floor was uneven. There was not a safety lock/latch on the door. We had to prop a chair against it. The door did not close tightly. There was a constant smell of someone smoking from downstairs and drifted upstairs. Very stinky! The door card did not work half of the time and had to constantly get another one. Would not recommend or stay there.

We were in the area for a Dr appointment at Stanford for my grandson. This motel is small, but convenient. Staff at check in was very polite and courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a McDonalds next door, which was an easy dinner for my grandson. We would stay here again.

The hotel room was stuffy, I turned on the AC but it did come on right away. I tried the fan on the unit but very little air I called the office. He wasn't very helpful.

The stay overall was good. I have stayed here a bunch in the past, but I had a really bad experience months ago with two guys working the front desk while checking in, and I wasn't going to return. I decided to give it one more try because I was in a pinch and I didn't want to spend a fortune on a room. The lady who checked me in was really nice, and I briefly talked to her while leaving in the morning, and she told me that it is under new management. They repainted the place both inside and out

our stay was great… Just thought that I had seen on Hotels.com that it had breakfast included. when we were checking in, we couldn’t even go into the office at all and it was only 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Did not see any breakfast the next morning or even coffee. we could make coffee in our room, but there was no creamer. not a big deal the stay was great and it was very very clean and the lady that helped us when we checked in was very nice.

our stay was great… Just thought that I had seen on Hotels.com that it had breakfast included. when we were checking in, we couldn’t even go into the office at all and it was only 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Did not see any breakfast the next morning or even coffee. we could make coffee in our room, but there was no creamer. not a big deal the stay was great and it was very very clean and the lady that helped us when we checked in was very nice.

We were in the area for a Dr appointment at Stanford for my grandson. This motel is small, but convenient. Staff at check in was very polite and courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a McDonalds next door, which was an easy dinner for my grandson. We would stay here again.

This is a good place for an overnight stay. The room was fairly clean. Our room could have used a deeper clean in the bathroom and the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the room had a decent TV. If you have mobility issues you’ll need a ground floor room due to there not being an elevator. The manager easily accommodated my request. A definite pro is free parking and no pesky resort fees. We will stay again when in the area for future medical appointments.

Liked that it was a reasonable price. Didn't like the musty cigarette smell in the room. Odd that I tried to give cash for a security deposit. She stated they didn't take cash but when I gave her my credit card she said she would take cash. I've had trouble in the past getting money returned to my credit cards.

An awesome 1980's style hotel that is well kept, VERY clean, and a lot of upgrades that included huge comfy beds and no musty/chemicaly/pinsoly smell that these types of places often have. I loved staying there...the shower was awesome and the staff were very helpful on both times I needed anything.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Belmont, visiting friends in the area. The property was well-maintained, freshly painted, nicely decorated and very welcoming. It was tucked into a spot on a main street but was quiet and we got a good night’s sleep.
