Enjoyed my stay.

Falta mayor claridad en el precio ya que informan algo diferente en la página, al ser recibidos en el hotel se maneja otra información y a la salida cobran más. Podría ser error del personal o más claridad en la página.

Poor breakfast selections! Hotel was just ok!

The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there. The air conditioning was great ( needed due to the heat and humidity) of Barrancabermeja. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereal, and a cooked selection as well, which was included in the price of the room. Staff were courteous and friendly, I would have no hesitation in staying here again
