Room was clean, but faded. The downstairs rooms were set up with plastic 3x6 tables and folding chairs. The property looked nothing like the photos at Hotels.com... certainly not a well-appointed B&B with an air of elegance. Breakfast pastries came straight out of a grocery store multipack with single serve bottles of juice in a fridge and Kcup coffee.

Excellent very helpful staff. The furnishings, decor and building are like from a time capsule. Lots of charm and appeal. When I need lodging in Springfield, Mo., this is where I will stay.
