Nice motel. Old but nice. Very very clean. You're in the country so things like a gravel parking lot or lobby/cereal/coffee bar can be seen as charming. No one on duty at the time of check out 8:30am. Dropped the key in a basket on counter. I would definitely stay there again. The only reason for a 3 star on the property ... some of the furniture needs to be either throne away or given a quality repair. Did I mention the place was very clean?

This hotel was unacceptable to stay in. Arrived on Sunday, and informed there was no restaurant available and only a few tv channels to view which did not include any local/national channels for local information. Everything appeared old and dark. The person at the desk was helpful and supportive of our decision to cancel our stay. We did not stay there.

This is a older individually owned hotel that you can tell all the staff take pride in keeping it very clean and well kept. The attached restaurant has very good food at reasonable prices.

Basic motel off the road. Clean. No frills. Mattress left something to be desired. Room lighting poor. Very few outlets. Electrical tape holding wall lamp together. TV: cable box hanging behind tv, did not work with remote. Baggie of stained but ‘clean washcloths’-stated to use for makeup-off putting. Bath Towels-very scratchy. Exterior entrance-not locked. Anyone could enter. Continental breakfast-coffee, weak and flavorless. Food choices limited

We were here for a party in the motel party room. Checked in early and enjoyed party. After we ate at the restaurant, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Just question billing as they placed a double charge on stay. After check out it showed only 1 billing.

There was no one at the front desk for check-in. Then you had to decide which of the 2 phone #'s posted was the one to call. Not very cordial welcome. Rooms smelled funny. Bed was uncomfortable and room just didn't feel clean. AC either froze us out or the room got stuffy & the smell came out more. Wouldn't rate it anywhere near what it was rated.

I like to support smaller businesses, as long as they are clean; and that is what we got. They were in the process of updating the rooms, so they are definitely trying to keep up. All of the staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This is not a hotel chain. It is individually owned. Our room was in one of the pics of the king sized bed. It was clean and bright. These are fine rooms. I read reviews saying the rooms are dark. Not true. I read a review saying there was no where to plug in a phone. No. There are outlets. We were pleasantly surprised. My husband had sausages and cereal with coffee at the free breakfast. We ate at the restaurant. There were community locals there, also. Don't be afraid to stay here. There are no coffee makers in the rooms; but there's coffee in the lobby.

This is not a hotel chain. It is individually owned. Our room was in one of the pics of the king sized bed. It was clean and bright. These are fine rooms. I read reviews saying the rooms are dark. Clean for older hotel. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything from your neighbors. Staff has a dog that ran down hall and barked frequently. Breakfast at best was a joke!!

Easy access to Hwy and location was great. The hotel and rooms need major upgrades. Our hotel door used an actual key and had flood lights as the bathroom lights.

Considering I stay at 75-100 hotels a year, I have never left a bad review. However this place earned their review. Pillows are hard foam pieces, no local tv channels , breakfast stale dry cereal with warm milk, exit doors are not secure at night. No staff on duty and don’t answer the number you are instructed to call. Definitely a joke of a hotel

This is a older individually owned hotel that you can tell all the staff take pride in keeping it very clean and well kept. The attached restaurant has very good food at reasonable prices.

Motel was clean, staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Only drawback was restaurant was closed all weekend. For a motel in a small city with not very many other options that was a big drawback.

Clerk was great. Room was clean. Placement of Fridge and Microwave was not very good. Light by door was by bed and also shut off fridge and microwave. Brochure said complimentary breakfast at restaurant, but restaurant didn't open until 8:00am. There was minimal breakfast in lobby.

Property is what it is. Nothing fancy. Sub par breakfast and cold coffee. No coffe in room. Used it for a place to sleep and it work for that. Bed was comfortable.

Clean and relatively comfortable. The "continental breakfast" was a joke! A couple containers of dry cereal, a fridge with a handful of milk containers, and cold coffee.

We were here for a party in the motel party room. Checked in early and enjoyed party. After we ate at the restaurant, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Just question billing as they placed a double charge on stay. After check out it showed only 1 billing.

Pros: the AC worked great and the location was convenient to our event. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Larger more apartment sized refrigerator. Cons: shower head is only 5'7" up the wall which is inconvenient for a taller guest. No coffee maker in the room, which is a standard amenity in hotels. We hardly seen employees and our check in was less than personable. The security features on the door were broken off the inside of the door. You have to wall down the hall to get a 4 oz cup of coffee from a machine. No lid for the cup. The free breakfast was hardly any breakfast at all. The restaurant is just a diner that is strongly outdated, the service was ok,but we were constantly bothered by flies that would not give up. To be honest, the upkeep is also subpar. This is hardly worth $100 a night when you can go down the road and get a more modern hotel with far more amenities, including coffee machine in the rooms. We seen a large amount of dead flies in the hallway to the diner. If your event goes pasr 11pm, you will have to wait for an employee to let you in. We enjoyed our event, but not our stay.
