slippery bath tub. Forgot to check room between days. Mattresses slipped off base. Garbage and new towels not done until I complained. Not easily accessible for a person using a walker. Big step into the room. More of a residential motel.

Welcome to the slums of Willmar. This was the most terrible room I've ever stayed in. Carpet was soggy and gross. Never has been replaced. I actually washed my feet before putting my socks and shoes on. Mold growth in the bathroom that was almost covered up by kilz. Bathroom floor felt like it was going to collapse at any time. Caulking around shower/fake tile was gross and dirty. Counterop yellow, scummy, stained not upkept. Room stated it was "smoke free" definitely was not. Smell of the room itself was a mix of "xxx" and 409. Nothing is updated. Super dirty. Addicts looking at you crazily. If you can avoid staying here do it. Pay a little extra for something nicer. Make sure you C&C. If you do stay here make sure you put extra security behind your door like a chair just in case a meth'd comes a knocking or trying to get in after they get released from Zorbaz on a friday night. Good luck. Happy sleeping!

Firstly, the lady in there was so kind!!! However, location, terrible...tv didnt work, was stuck...just so uncomfortable...you definitely get what you pay for here...

We found out after we reserved our room that this hotel is located next to a nightclub and it seems that the hotel is used for all their one night hookups. While checking into the room, we found ourselves in the middle of a shouting match between a couple. The door to the room was missing the chain on it and barely shut. The room smelled like someone had smoked their soul away while drawing graffiti on the lamp base counting the numerous mystery stains and spills splattering the walls and doors. The shower head sprayed sideways in a wide ring that flooded the floor. The sink area looked like something straight out of a horror movie. If you have the misfortune of having to sit on the toilet, you might want to be prepared for the toilet seat to shift to the left so you’re sitting on the brim of the toilet bowl instead. We kept our shoes on anytime we had to walk on the floor and did our best to not choke on the smoke scented pillows as we attempted to sleep for the night. Morning couldn’t come fast enough for us.
