Our one week stay at this property started with the owner himself cleaning and preparing for us so that we could arrive two hours ahead of schedule. We really appreciated that effort! The house is lovely, fairly well stocked, close to grocery store, and Pompano Beach is wonderful. We were a group of five older adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. comfortable beds. The outside area was great. I spent a lot of time just floating in the pool and enjoying the shaded areas.

I thought everything worked out really well. The location was great. Close to beach. Close to Grocery stores, restaurants and anything you may need. The only thing I’d recommend is to have the pool cleaned more frequently. There was some rain, but a good amount of small limbs, leaves, etc. collect in the deep end of the pool. We would stay here again. Our family had a great time. Igor is very helpful and very responsive.

We loved our stay at this amazing property. Everything was exactly as pictured. There is plenty of shade all day for those who don't prefer sun, but still want to be part of the fun. It was perfect. We didn't even make it to the beach, because no one wanted to leave the pool! Can't wait rent here again.

Property was better than pictured. The outdoor living space was amazing. We stayed outside almost all the entire time we were at the house. We even skipped the beach two days to hang out by the pool. My family loved the house. Owners were very accommodating and the house is conveniently located near shopping. A bonus was the air show was in Fort Lauderdale while we were there and the thunderbirds flight path was directly over the house so we had an perfect view. The house was also very clean inside and updated. The owner had chairs and an umbrellas for the beach to borrow and floats for my children to use in the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

This stay was definitely as advertised. A lot of extras around the pool that were a nice surprise. Great communication. Nice neighborhood that my wife and daughter could walk in the mornings. This property is certainly on my return list.

Beautiful backyard. Kitchen was well outfitted for cooking! The bathrooms were nicely updated. The owners were extremely accommodating. We were thrilled with our stay! Great pool too!

This house is simply amazing. Beautiful pool, which we hardly ever left. Place has everything you need. The grill is great and ample size. Beautiful landscape and lighting. The tiki area was where we spent most of our time when not in the pool. The house is very well decorated. Huge TVs everywhere. The Beds were big and very comfortable. Igor met us on site at check in. He is extremely friendly and helpful. Next time my family visits S. Florida we will stay there again. One of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed at.

Great house and location. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space with the pool, grill, seating and tv! The house is located near great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The house is clean and spacious with comfy beds and a kitchen that has everything you need to cook meals with. They even had beach chairs and toys for beach days. Overall a great stay.

My family stayed at this gorgeous house for 4 days. We have two young kids and we all enjoyed it immensely. Although the inside of the villa is immaculate, we spent most of our time around the pool! It's a paradise out there. Everything in the house looks brand new, it's incredibly clean, there is a huge tv in every room/bedroom, and even a tv by the pool. Overall, the property is very well taken care of. The hosts were quite helpful and easygoing. We don't have anything to compare it to as it was our first time in the area, but we'll be back and have no reason to look elsewhere when we come. We definitely recommend this place.

Great location just a 2 min drive to Publix and multiple restaurants. We mainly booked the house for the outdoor space and that did not disappoint. We spent every morning and afternoon by the pool which featured plenty of shade in the 95 degree weather. All the bedrooms were a good size and the neighborhood was very quiet even on the 4th of July. Only negative thing I can say is the house could use some touch ups here and there. Scuffed up walls and such and the one side of the house had a lot of personal items from the owner. We had a great time and would stay again.

We loved staying here! Our group included young children (2&4) and my retired mom- it was perfect for everyone. We loved the quiet neighborhood- it was great for morning walks. Location was perfect too - 20 min from Fort Lauderdale airport and a quick 10 min drive to Pompano Beach and pier. Irina, the host, met us at the home at check-in and was very welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice for days we decided to stay in and cook. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the pool and outside space is beautiful! We felt very at home here and would definitely return. Highly recommend this property!

My family stayed here for a week-- it was wonderful! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the home was super clean. The pool was so nice and relaxing, we skipped the beach (which is very close) a few days and stayed back. A really great experience and hope to come.back.

We had a great stay at this luxury beachfront home. The location was unbeatable a short drive from the beach. Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.That said, a few areas (walls, furniture, and minor fixtures) were a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint or some updates. Nothing major, but it slightly took away from the “luxury” feel. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Irina and Igor did a spectacular job inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful home and bathrooms. The beds are so comfortable. Huge screen TV’s in every room even outdoors. The pool area is top notch. I will definitely be coming back. Thank You

This VRBO was such a great find! We loved the design and layout of the house. The furnishings were up to date and high quality. The host was very accommodating. It was my mother’s first time in a rental property (instead of a hotel) and she could not have had a better first experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Our one week stay at this property started with the owner himself cleaning and preparing for us so that we could arrive two hours ahead of schedule. We really appreciated that effort! The house is lovely, fairly well stocked, close to grocery store, and Pompano Beach is wonderful. We were a group of five older adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. comfortable beds. The outside area was great. I spent a lot of time just floating in the pool and enjoying the shaded areas.

Sorry this review is late. Igor and Irina are fantastic hosts. Their home here in Pompano Beach is lovely and perfect for our needs. The property is clean, has all amenities available you could want and is a great location. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and look forward to doing so again. Thank you for having us as your guests.

This property was so chill. The property owner Igor was super nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there even beach chairs. The backyard was simply amazing. The pool was the best. I would definitely come here again.

The owners were fabulous and accommodated our request for earlier check in. The communication between us was always handled quickly. The property is gorgeous. Plenty of space and lots of top line appliances. We loved the pool and outdoor space. We did not have a car. Easy walk to the grocery store and Walmart. Short Uber to Pompano Pier area.

I love this house. It’s exactly like the pictures. It’s absolutely beautiful. We had problems one day getting the TVs to work and Igor was there to fix them in an hour. You can’t go wrong with this house or the owners.

This property was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The interior was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area had a ton of seating so we could all be together The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is amazing, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the various sitting areas and the pool. The hosts were great. We willl definitely book this property again!

This house is simply amazing. Beautiful pool, which we hardly ever left. Place has everything you need. The grill is great and ample size. Beautiful landscape and lighting. The tiki area was where we spent most of our time when not in the pool. The house is very well decorated. Huge TVs everywhere. The Beds were big and very comfortable. Igor met us on site at check in. He is extremely friendly and helpful. Next time my family visits S. Florida we will stay there again. One of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed at.

Igor & Irina were amazing hosts. They met us at the property to ensure our check in was perfect. The house met all of our expectations and we appreciated all of the special personal touches from the hosts. The kids loved the pool fully equipped with toys and we really didn't need anything while we were there. Will definitely stay again when in this part of FL.

My family stayed here for a week-- it was wonderful! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the home was super clean. The pool was so nice and relaxing, we skipped the beach (which is very close) a few days and stayed back. A really great experience and hope to come.back.

Property was better than pictured. The outdoor living space was amazing. We stayed outside almost all the entire time we were at the house. We even skipped the beach two days to hang out by the pool. My family loved the house. Owners were very accommodating and the house is conveniently located near shopping. A bonus was the air show was in Fort Lauderdale while we were there and the thunderbirds flight path was directly over the house so we had an perfect view. The house was also very clean inside and updated. The owner had chairs and an umbrellas for the beach to borrow and floats for my children to use in the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location just a 2 min drive to Publix and multiple restaurants. We mainly booked the house for the outdoor space and that did not disappoint. We spent every morning and afternoon by the pool which featured plenty of shade in the 95 degree weather. All the bedrooms were a good size and the neighborhood was very quiet even on the 4th of July. Only negative thing I can say is the house could use some touch ups here and there. Scuffed up walls and such and the one side of the house had a lot of personal items from the owner. We had a great time and would stay again.

We loved staying here! Our group included young children (2&4) and my retired mom- it was perfect for everyone. We loved the quiet neighborhood- it was great for morning walks. Location was perfect too - 20 min from Fort Lauderdale airport and a quick 10 min drive to Pompano Beach and pier. Irina, the host, met us at the home at check-in and was very welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice for days we decided to stay in and cook. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the pool and outside space is beautiful! We felt very at home here and would definitely return. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great time at this property. The backyard is more gorgeous than the pictures, if possible. The hosts were very accommodating. Would love to come back! The house is close to the grocery store and about a 10/15 min drive to the beach/pier.

The house was exactly as described. The backyard is INCREDIBLE! The whole atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing. We loved everything. The kids especially loved how the pool was heated perfectly for them! The owner is so kind and is great with communication. We will definitely be back and staying here again. Irina and Igor are great hosts, they have been available at all times during our stay, to answer our questions and be reactive whenever necessary. The backyard is amazing, like shown on the pictures. Great place to stay with all commodities within a few minutes drive, easy beach access (Pompano or LBTS)!!
