Cannot praise the staff enough: Laura and Guillermo for setting up tons of wonderful reservations/giving great recs/setting up airport transfers, Geraldine for her kindness and service at breakfast, Paula, Pablo and the wonderful Mr. Jorge (drove us to/from the airport). The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. We would DEFINITELY stay again.

Loved our stay at Sol de Alba! Tucked away in the heart of Cartagena’s bustling walled city, Sol de Alba somehow feels quiet, calming, and wonderfully secluded. The views are absolutely beautiful with lovely terraces that make it easy to unwind. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city—and the breakfast was consistently delicious. A boutique gem that blends comfort, charm, and serenity right in the middle of it all. Highly recommend!
