Struttura trascurata e scadente. Camera con vista su muro, separata da altre camere da una porta di legno quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Rumore di sciacquino tutta la notte. “Spiaggia” privata si rivela essere nel porto di attracco di yacht e piccole navi da crociera: non fruibile! Poche strutture ricettive e di ristorazione nei dintorni quindi piuttosto scomodo

The room was freezing and there was no heater. The lights didn't work. The man at the front desk was not helpful and was never there. If you needed help, it said to call a number but the mail box was full and could not receive messages. It was a terrible experience. Don't stay here

The room itself was ideal, well situated near the ferry/bus terminals, supermarket around the corner and cheaper than many other hotels. However, getting into the room was an ordeal. Firstly I was given a key, I couldn't figure out how to get to the room and had to go back to reception twice, one way to access the room had a key pad and neither code I was given would open the door, the other way had a key pad but the door was open which wasn't obvious until the 2nd time I went back to reception. On then trying the door to the room I was given, the key wouldn't fit. Someone then opened the door and it was obvious that the key wasn't for that room despite it having that number on the fob and someone had already been given that room which was a bit embarassing for both of us! On a 3rd trip to reception I was given another room key, however, then had difficulty actually getting into the room, locking and unlocking the door was difficult and worryingly I wasn't sure whether the door was locked overnight so put a chair against the door. The doors also had number keypads which added to the confusion but I was too embarrassed to go back to reception for a 4th time because I couldn't figure out how to open a door! Please upgrade your locks and the hotel would be perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vineyard Harbor Hotel. Its location in regards to the Steamship Authority is perfect. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were great - friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back!

This morning we were packing our car for an 8:15 ferry. While we went out, the door locked behind us… it was about 6:10 AM. The key didn’t work, the code didn’t work, the phone number’s mailbox was full. We were outside for about a half hour waiting for someone to leave. I knocked on doors and lighted windows. Finally we called 911, and then the desk person came out. He said “why didn’t you call the number”? We did!! Very frustrating and I’ve never been at a hotel that had no one at the front desk, 24 hrs!
