Achei que o quarto tinha um leve cheiro de mofo, as toalhas do hotel precisam ser trocadas pois estão bem velhas , inclusive vi toalha de rosto com um buraco e achei muito nada a ver o guarda roupa dentro do banheiro . Sobre o estacionamento, acabaram de cobrando mesmo tendo o benefício de status Gold, e pedi para retirarem e também Não foi oferecido upgrade. Café da manhã bom. Acesso à piscina achei bem ruim onde era feito apenas por escadas, logo achei que teriam que melhorar a acessibilidade.

Staff stand out as being really great, I had an injured foot and they helped me with everything I asked for and were very friendly. Gym is really well equiped. Food is good. Rooms are slightly dated, sheets are ok but not luxury quality, bed is comfortable. Pool area is clean and comfortable. Would have been good to have a staff member at the pool area to buy drinks and order food from, but I eventually found someone to help. Also can only buy very small water bottles which is a waste of plastic, the hotel should have 1.5l bottles available to purchase. There is no ventilation in the hallways so it is very uncomfortable waiting for an elevator (there are only 2 for a 12 floor building so there can be a long wait). On a fast main road with no crossing.

Apenas 1 dia devido a ocupação total do hotel devido a convenção de empresa multinacional. Ótimo restaurante e quarto de bom tamanho. Atendimento ótimo, rápido, pessoas solícitas e simpáticas. Academia equipada com aparelhos de ótimo fornecedor e apta a realizar o necessário se a pessoa não for exigente ao máximo. Diria que o ponto fraco é a piscina:pequena, perigosa para desatentos devido a parte rasa , o local não pega sol, e o acesso muito ruim , principalmente para quem tem problema de locomoção

My friend and I spent two nights here at the beginning and end of our wildlife visit to the Pantanal. It was a real luxury to take their magnificent showers (the water pressure) and stay in their wonderful rooms. I did not rate the highest only because there were few English speaking people to help us, but Jefferson was so great at the front desk one day. Also, the breakfast buffet offered no vegan/gluten free options and it was hard to ask for what we needed because of the language barrier. When we figured out how to communicate, the restaurant was very very accommodating. Overall a great value for the money. Top notch.

I was underwhelmed by the quality of the hotel considering the price that was paid. The rooms are very old and could do with a renovation. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location. It is relatively close to the shopping mall and football stadium.

My friend and I spent two nights here at the beginning and end of our wildlife visit to the Pantanal. It was a real luxury to take their magnificent showers (the water pressure) and stay in their wonderful rooms. I did not rate the highest only because there were few English speaking people to help us, but Jefferson was so great at the front desk one day. Also, the breakfast buffet offered no vegan/gluten free options and it was hard to ask for what we needed because of the language barrier. When we figured out how to communicate, the restaurant was very very accommodating. Overall a great value for the money. Top notch.

Apenas 1 dia devido a ocupação total do hotel devido a convenção de empresa multinacional. Ótimo restaurante e quarto de bom tamanho. Atendimento ótimo, rápido, pessoas solícitas e simpáticas. Academia equipada com aparelhos de ótimo fornecedor e apta a realizar o necessário se a pessoa não for exigente ao máximo. Diria que o ponto fraco é a piscina:pequena, perigosa para desatentos devido a parte rasa , o local não pega sol, e o acesso muito ruim , principalmente para quem tem problema de locomoção

We booked this hotel because we were visiting friends and wanted to be closer to the air port on the last day. The staff at the front desk were a bit cold. The room was alright. Clean yet utilitarian. The bed was good. The restaurant was the problem. We are not big on hotel restaurants. But it was very hot and we were tired. I’m not snobby and I give the staff some grace. This was bad. We were a table of four and came fairly early. There were only two other tables. The waiter who was very nice but untrained. The wine list and menu were very expensive. It took some 15 minutes to come to our table. We ordered rose wine for the table. We didn’t want it to be sweet. The waiter left for 10 minutes later with a room temperature bottle. He couldn’t open it and we had to ice it for 20 minutes to make it cold. We ordered our food. Two people in our party were Brazilian they did the most of the communicating. The dining room got busy. Our food took 40 minutes to come and they brought the appetizers and entrees at the same time. This was strange. The food was substandard for the price. My risotto was cold and pasty. My friend had ravioli that was cold and dry plopped on the sauce. The other people in our party were not impressed either. No one came to check on us. We had to get up and find someone to get our check. The hotel has been there for 10 years. The bugs should have been worked out.
