Overall we enjoyed our stay at Windsong. The property is beautiful and the access to the reef made snorkeling easy and enjoyable. Charging $5 a day for snorkel gear seemed a bit predatory. All the other watersports are free and the staff are helpful when you sign them out. The beach is thin and morning chair and cabana battles made securing a spot on the beach unnecessarily stressful. Breakfast service was often slow, but the option to take it to go from the coffee bar was great on the day we booked excursions and had a timeline. The rooms are big and comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow, which had a full kitchen and everything you could need to cook, laundry with detergent tablets, and plenty of towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. We did have some trouble with the door lock, but the staff were quick to come help. The pools are gorgeous and the servers on the beach and by the pool were friendly and attentive, especially Omar. Garey and Abiel greeted us warmly when we checked in at the lobby and bar, and the front desk staff were helpful and efficient. The gym was well appointed and spotless. It was helpful to rent a car as the hotel is a short drive to more action in Grace Bay. There is plenty of parking on site. We walked along the beach to the nearby Wymara restaurants for dinner and to Somewhere Cafe next door, which was a wonderful, casual, budget- friendly choice for lunch and dinner with excellent service. Overall, we're happy with the choice to stay at Windsong.

Right on the beach and Bight Reef immediately offshore. Waterfront was a bit short staffed, so we were twice turned down to take out the one hobie cat they have. They stated hours were 8 - 5:30, but really were 9:30 - 3pm, and if one of the staff was off to lunch, no go on the boat. Could have used a drying rack in the room, as well. When we made htis suggestion we were told one should have been in the room. I guess we should have asked earlier.

Best hotel we have stayed at. More than we hoped for and everything we needed. The VIEWS, the WATER, the snorkeling, the staff and even a wonderful gym with 2 peloton bikes. Honestly, the hotel was fantastic. Easy, small, quiet. Not a place to party. Easy ride to the grocery store for food and we had a full kitchen to make meals if we wanted. We were there for our 2nd honeymoon and to decompress and spend some quality time together. We got exactly what we asked for. Pick Windsong. You will not be disappointed.

The entire resort was under construction. Scaffolding everywhere. Pool, bar, restaurants were closed. We checked out and went to another resort. We should have been notified in advance everything was closed. Resort will be nice when it is done. Staff very nice & friendly except the manager who was very rude to us.

Great property with a reef right off the beach! You are on island time so don’t expect the staff to be in any rush, especially the restaurant staff. You can’t beat the location. Room was great and the king bed was a big welcome after long days on the beach, snorkeling etc…would definitely return.

Near the Bight reef so could swim from shore to snorkel (if the waves are not too high). We had a room with direct access to the pool and a few steps from the beach. Decor is modern and beachy and really clean. Our unit included a sitting area, kitchenette, dining table. Kitchenette was well stocked with cooking and dining utensils so cooking your own meals is easy. There is a shuttle to the grocery store once a day. The only downside was there were not many dining choices; basically only two restaurants. The complimentary continental breakfast had few choices but food was fresh and dining area was comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. This resort is a place to unwind and relax.

We stayed in Building # 4- it is brand new and beautiful rooms. There is a roof top bar and hot tubs in our building which was very nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs poolside and on the beach. The only con was the food was average. A little improvement in the dining here would make it top notch!!

I really like the staff they were so humble, courteous and kind. The room was spotless clean, refreshing, and nicely organized with marble floors, nice clean fashionable decor. The landscaping was out of this world It’s like you stepped into a vacation fairy land. Tall beautiful palm trees all kinds of huge bright color red yellow tropical real flowers and waterfalls. I’m so blown away and grateful for a peaceful and comfortable vacation stay. I forgot to say the front desk made sure me and my husband felt safe by calling us safe taxis to and from our dinner, shopping, Casino and air port. Windsong is a 10 out of 10.

This is a review of two rooms. The bungalow and the main building. The bungalow gets one star, the main building gets three, so it averages to two stars. First, it\'s important to note that the bungalow rooms are essentially an entirely different property. It\'s even listed elsewhere as "the bungalows at Windsong". Unlike the main resort, the bungalows are recessed further back. It\'s about a four minute walk past the parking lot to get to the beach. The bungalows are also the closest properties to some significant construction going on that looks early enough in that it may be going on through summer 2025 or longer. You hear it. The rooms are very old and reminds me of 1990s timeshares. It might be a decent value for being within walking distance of Grace Bay, but don\'t look at the photos online and think that is what you\'re going to get. We decided to switch rooms to the main property. The upgrade was an extra $300...per night. That puts the overall price in range of the proper five star properties nearby. Had I known, I would have booked one of those instead. The rooms are certainly an upgrade, but for $900 a night for a one bedroom, I was absolutely shocked that the TVs were 15 years old. How did I know it was 15 years old? When was the last time you saw a TV with an embedded DVD player? When was the last time you even saw a DVD player? Because the TVs were so old, it could only get broadcast television. No cable. No on demand. No apps. Poor value. Don\'t recommend.

The room was fantastic with only one small issue. The closet space was very limited. That makes it difficult for two people that are staying multiple days. I would have expected more closet space for a room that costs $1000.00 a night. The staff was great food was also great. And the access to the beach was great.

The ocean view 1 bedroom suite was beautiful! Tons of space, a huge bedroom with a balcony and big bathroom to match. Full kitchen, large living room, and more balcony. The sliding glass doors in the living room, slide behind each other giving you anton of open area to access the balcony. View of the ocean and pool is great as well. The entrance has a long hallway that leads to the living room with stops at the bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and kitchen.

We loved our ocean view junior suite with a balcony. it was larger than we thought, very clean, beautiful views. Very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo in the room. We loved the views from the balcony. The room, bathroom and the kitchen was cleaned everyday but they did not clean the balcony. Service staff was polite and quiet. However the wait staff at Dune and Jojo's were slow, indifferent and we had to repeat our requests several times. They seem bored or annoyed all the time. Our room was on the 5th floor, while it offered great views the non stop loud music from the 6th floor bar was irritating. Manager was kind and accommodating, Would have been nice if we had waitstaff on the beach to order food and drinks.

Reset was very nice. Beach is great and the pools are very clean. Room is very clean. Master bed was very comfortable but our daughter did not like the pull out couch. The hotel restaurant was good. Continental breakfast was filling and good.

We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef (July 20 - 25) and loved every minute! The resort is stunning - always clean and inviting. We stayed in an oceanfront 2 bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size of the suite. Furniture (including beds) were extremely comfortable. The room attendants work non-stop to keep your suite beautiful. Even washed dishes left in the sink!! Daily cleaning and turndown service. The pool are clean and lounge chairs around pools are wonderful. The beach is gorgeous with lounge chairs and umbrellas always available. You can float all day in the ocean and never see a wave - only wakes from boats. The reef is defintely worth staying at this location. We saw a lot of people walking from other resorts just to snorkel on the reef which is literally right in front of you! Wasn't really impressed with the food, but the continental breakfast that was included with our stay was great! There are so many exceptional restaurants in T & C who cares if the resort food is great or not?? Hands down we will be back to Windsong on the Reef soon!

Have been going to windsong almost yearly for over 5 years. It is starting to show its age. Needs some updating. Added new building but needs to update older building and pool. This visit I noticed the staff was not as friendly and helpful as before. The person helping with the water sports got very snippy with my daughter and granddaughter.

The location is awesome! Right on a reef full of fish. You don't need to get any snorkeling tours because right in front of the hotel is just as good as any tour. The staff is downright rude. I highly recommend renting a car so you don't have to depend in the waitstaff for your food. They will treat you like crap, make you wait a very long time and get your order wrong. Some just don't care but many are outright rude. Particularly breakfast. I waited for 10 minutes while the staff just looked at me before i picked up the coffee cups and coffee carafe and sat myself one time. Every time they acted like I was a jerk for just being there and making them work. I have been all over the world and this is the worst I have ever been treated. It was not a pleasant experience and was really a shock the first time I ordered food there. Another example is at dinner one night, the food took forever to get there, as usual, but when we asked for the check 3 times, it finally came 30 minutes later. The table next to us was still waiting just for their check one hour and were still there after we signed our check! The vibe was very negative to the point it almost ruined the experience totally for me. When I was in the water, it was great! As soon as I got out of the water, I was angry. I can't believe I paid that much to get treated like crap.

We had a great time overall! Elchelande and Dasheya at the front desk did a fantastic job—they were friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Garey, our butler, was also helpful throughout our stay. Marilou was very helpful as well and made a great impression. The housekeeping team was excellent, and the lady serving breakfast at Building 4 was very kind. Aaliyah at the restaurant was nice. However, we did feel that, overall, the restaurant staff could have been more accommodating and friendly. The service there could use some improvement to ensure guests don’t feel like they’re an inconvenience.

The beach was incredible and so was the reef to snorkel. Check in took over 30mins waiting for a person to escort me to my room instead of just giving me the key after a long flight. They do this to everyone. Food on the resort was ok and the rooms were very nice. Only annoyance was that the smoke alarm went off 6 of the 8 days we were there and all they could say is that they were super sensitive and nothing could be done even though it was a smoke free property. I dont like having a loud siren giving me a heart attack while I’m taking a nap.

Didn’t like how I had to wait until 5:30pm until my room was ready and check in was at 3pm. There was two other couples that were waiting longer than me. I was at the resort by 1:45pm. I asked for turndown service that never came around. And the breakfast that was included wasn’t worth waking up for.

My overall day here was wonderful! I truly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and the staff’s willingness to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about at this resort. I will definitely recommend it to others and can’t wait to come back. Great value! Small property compared to some of the big hotels, so easier to use their amenities. There’s about 5 restaurants walking distance? Other than that you have to take cabs to the main shopping and dining area, which can be expensive. To us it was worth having more seclusion.

The property itself is nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend the ocean view room here! This is really much more of a boutique hotel. It's small and doesn't offer much in the way of atmosphere, restaurants, bar, or even a common area like a lobby. And since it's in a secluded area, there's no where to walk to. I was very glad we had rented a car so we could explore other beaches and enjoy the little town. I was shocked by the negative attitude of the staff. They are not welcoming or helpful. Every time we spoke with anyone or asked for something, they made us feel like we were really putting them out. They barely do their job, much less enhance your experience. Not friendly at all. This was very disappointing. We had issues with kids screaming at the pool, literally the whole day. This isn't a "family" hotel. It's way too small for that. Everyone is right there with everyone else. There's no room for splashing and loud kids. The beach is small but BEAUTIFUL and the snorkeling was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay, but wouldn't stay there again. Too small, no atmosphere, and the staff really had a negative impact. Too bad...they could have made the biggest difference in our experience.

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Front Desk and Concierge were awesome and very helpful. Rooftop bar has a great view, great location and there is a snorkel reef just off the beach, although you should also walk down to Smith’s Reef for more to see. Hotel amenities are nice, can borrow bicycles to get around, clean property and facilities. My only negative feedback is regarding the wait staff and servers - painfully slow during breakfast hours, lunch was a little better, the bartender on the roof was speedy.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and brand new room. Great staff. However, no “real” restaurant. Menu very limited and quality was average. Continental breakfast was a joke. It was at the same level as a 3-star hotel, at most. Also, no activities other than a small gym. Overall, it was ok, but I expected more for the price.

Great location on a reef, friendly and efficient staff, many amenities (rentals for water sports, bicycles, etc.), clean spacious accommodations, excellent continental breakfast, and a beautiful cozy beach. Our only complaint was the food and beverage service. Food from the hotel was very expensive, the service was slow (with the notable exception of breakfast), and the drinks were weak. Our one attempt at a buffet dinner at the hotel was a comedy of errors. The rest of our experience was so good and the staff was so gracious that we can overlook all that. We recommend Windsong highly.

Hotel was good..our stay was comfortable and view from our balcony was just amazing. They really need to step up their food options..had dinner at their ONLY restaurant which took over 1 hr to arrive..super stingy quantity as compared to the price we paid …staff is super friendly though. Family Vacay for new year’s eve. It was exactly what we needed, quite, relaxation and amazing beach. The only negative was the food quality and service was not outstanding. Staff was very nice and courteous at all times, but simple they need to improve that aspect a little bit more. Unfourtunantly I have to give poor review for this hotel. The food quality is not acceptable. The Food price is very expensive but quality is very poor. They use the material which is not fresh and they serve the old vegtable. The reservation was included with breakfast but once you go to resturant they only give you coffee and cereal. Everything else is charged. This is the way to get you to resturant and then they charge you. I would not suggest to eat at the hotel. I booked my stay for two bedroom ocean front at full price by expedia. Once I arrived with my family they gave me not even ocean view. The property manager told me The hotel been busy and do not have the room which was reserved 4 weeks prior . The checking time is after 3:00 PM and we arived at 4:30. I assume since I made reservation with Expedia they gave me worse room. The manager didnt even adjust the rate for the given room. The beach is very narrow and barly enough to place the beach chairs. The water acivity is not exist . There is two old paddle boat which are broken and not working and there is only one two seat kayak that is always been used by others. There is resturant adjacent to property that whole day make crazy sound beat music. It drive every one creazy for whole day. In general I would not suggest to stay here at all. Pay little more and go to Seven hotle or Ritz. This hotle is not customer orinted and just wants to charge you in any way they can without any quality return.

Excellent service! The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member was incredibly attentive. A special thank you to Cindy, the waitress at Quick Cuisine, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was always attentive, caring, and genuinely friendly. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the team maintaining the pool made our day every morning with a warm, “Good morning! How can we help you?” Their kindness truly stood out. The waitresses at JoJo Restaurant were also wonderful—always smiling, friendly, and providing excellent service. And of course, a special thanks to the hotel manager for giving us such a warm and gracious welcome. The location is spectacular, with breathtaking ocean views that will leave you speechless. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, with excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. Best of all, the beach offers many complimentary activities, including paddleboarding and more.
